Our holiday flat is located in the beautiful village of Blumenow, a district of Fürstenberg/Havel. The holiday flat is suitable for 3 people, we have a bedroom and in the living room there is a large fold-out sofa. If you like hiking, fishing, cycling or just want to relax and feel good, you are very welcome. Blumenow is surrounded by forest, lakes and fields. Fun and relaxation can be had swimming at the small lake in Barsdorf (approx. 2 km away) or the Havelsee in Bredereiche. The water town of Fürstenberg and the Havel town of Zehdenick as well as the Christmas town of Himmelpfort, where you can visit Father Christmas, and the monastery herb garden are also highly recommended.
Around Blumenow there are many small restaurants to linger in, and there are also shopping opportunities in Fürstenberg, Zehdenick and Gransee.
In Templin you will find the natural thermal baths, lots of fun for young and old, and the "El Dorado" western town. For cyclists, the well-developed cycle paths offer lots of fun in wooded surroundings. Rheinsberg Castle is always worth a visit. The brickworks park in Mildenberg is a good destination for the whole family. In Blumenow we have a small playground with plenty of room to run around and our stork's nest, which has been inhabited by storks for decades, is not to be missed.

Location and surroundings of object
Blumenow is about 12 km away from Fürstenberg. It is easy to reach via the B 96 via Dannenwalde or via the L244 via Zootzen and Bredereiche. The village can only be reached by car or bus. There is a railway station in Fürstenberg from where you can take a bus or taxi to Blumenow.

Modern, very well equipped holiday flat
We were here for the second time and felt very comfortable. The flat is modern and very well equipped. There is even a washing machine. On the newly built terrace, you can have a wonderful breakfast or let the evening fade away. There is great countryside, lakes and many small villages in the surrounding area, so you can simply forget the stress of everyday life. Cities such as Templin and Fürstenberg are also within easy reach by car.
Bicycles would be a great addition, otherwise it is advisable to bring your own, as the surroundings and the landscape invite you to do so.
The hostess is very friendly and always helpful.
