We offer you a cosy 50 sqm holiday flat + 7 sqm covered roof terrace ( non-smoking in the flat ).
1 bedroom with double bed, which can also be converted into single beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Bathroom with WC / shower and washing machine, kitchen with cooker, microwave with grill, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.
The lounge with satellite TV / Netflix ( with own access data) and radio. Of course there is also free W-LAN
2 parking spaces / parking bays
The holiday flat is for max. 4 persons. The price includes the following service, bed linen and towels.
Pets are not allowed in the flat. Also no parties.
The price per night is 75 €, (for 1-2 nights a fee for the final cleaning of 40 € is added)
Deposit 50,- € at booking - balance on arrival.
When booking, we will send you a rental contract / house rules, which you please sign and return to us.

our holiday flat is located in a quiet residential area near the city park and the centre
At the geographical centre of Schleswig-Holstein, between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea.
It is only a few minutes' walk to the centre, where there are doctors, pharmacies, bakers, bus/train, shopping facilities and ice cream parlours,
Restaurants and petrol stations.
The A7 motorway is only a few minutes' drive away.
Neumünster, Rendsburg and Kiel (Kieler Woche) can be reached in 15-30 minutes, Hamburg, Flensburg and the North Sea in approx. 50 minutes.
