Cozy and Cute
We were guests at Mrs. Kleinschmidt's for several weeks, and our conclusion is absolutely positive. A small drawback is that the stairs may be a challenge for older two- and four-legged friends. The apartment is clean and comfortably furnished. Equipment was sufficiently available. The surroundings are simply dreamy. Mrs. Kleinschmidt was helpful with advice and assistance; she deserves extra stars for that! We look forward to seeing her again. Best regards, the Bruns family with Noli.

Good value for money
A very beautiful, sunny, and quietly located apartment, equipped with almost everything one needs (dishes, kitchen utensils and appliances, etc., just no oven). Cozy, warm atmosphere due to rattan furniture and wood-paneled walls - I felt very comfortable there. A staircase is a bit steep, one must be fit enough. Enough space and in a few minutes you are at the beautifully situated lake with a bathing area. Ideal starting point for cycling tours. Helpful, accommodating landlord. I can definitely recommend this apartment.

Beautiful holiday apartment
We can only recommend a very beautiful vacation apartment. We had a great time there and will definitely come back. The surroundings are also nice and there are many lakes in the nearby area.

Attention very dirty, animal hair, not suitable for people with cat allergies.
Very nice contact with the landlady, good price, BUT: the whole apartment very dusty, the carpets obviously not thoroughly vacuumed for weeks, a thick layer of animal hair on the Persian carpet. When spreading out the towels, animal hair trickles from the towels. . . , apparently the towels are washed together with animal blankets. . . We had to change our plans because my husband developed severe symptoms due to a cat hair allergy and could no longer stay in the apartment. Too bad.

Die Wohnung wurde am Vortag und am Morgen vor dem Einzug der Gäste von mir nochmals gründlich durchgesaugt ,die Wäsche inclusive Handtücher kamen direkt aus der Waschmaschine und von der Leine sowie auch die Handtücher und auch die kamen in keiner weise mit Hundehaaren in Berührung.Auch wird die Wäsch nicht mit Tierdecken zusammen gewaschen! Das Ehepaar davor hatte diesbezüglich auf Nachfrage nichts zu bemängeln. Dieses Paar hat die Wohnung mit Essenresten und Kartons von Pizza ,schmutzigem Geschirr auf dem Eßtisch und mit schmutzigen Trinkgläsern ,die zum Zähneputzen verwandt wurden ( trotz bereitgestellter Zahnputzbecher)verlassen. Das
Hunde und auch selten mal Katzen die Wohnung auch mit besuchen geht aus der Anzeige hervor, dieses hätte das Paar daraus entnehmen können. Ich bin bemüht die Wohnung instand zuhalten ,so wurden die Veluxfenster erneuert, die Heizung und im Oktober wird
der Teppichboden durch einen Vinylboden ersetzt. Im Bad wurde das WC auch schon erneuert. Seit 2015 vermiete ich nun schon diese Wohnung und hatte bisher nur in der Zeit 1x eine so hinterlassene Wohnung und kann auch nur sagen Cave vor solchen Gästen! Man wird eine Erfahrung reicher dadurch.
