The domicile is also popular because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunshade, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, garden swing, and courtyard.

Hévíz. The studio is located on a 50 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and shrubs, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property and on the street in front of the house.
