With170 sqm the house for 6 people offers you a pleasant, modern and luxurious atmosphere in all areas:

in the open and fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc. as well as microwave and dishwasher,
3 separate bedrooms (2 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds),
2 bathrooms have shower and toilet with organic foam bath and shampoo, an extra toilet,
A large terrace with a full sea view and view to the city of Ierapetra (2km) and the over 2,000 m high mountains behind the city. The terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers - half covered, half full of sunny.
At thethe ground floor with the private 30sqm fresh water pool you have a cozy seating area, gas BBQ, modern sun loungers and outdoor shower.
The entire house is air-conditioned and also offers a washing machine, ironing board and iron, bathrobes, slippers and, if desired, breakfast service and "in-house chef" for private dinner evenings (each to pay extra). For your arrival day and during your stay, we also offer a shopping service that you can use on site independently.
