This is a classic stone Tuscan farmhouse that dates back to the XIX century. It has been fully and authentically restored, using local materials such as pietra serena and chestnut wood. The location of the property offers magnificent views of the Tuscan hills and to the front of the Tyrrhenian coast stretching as far as Corsica Island. The sun drenched olive groves, the smell of the wild time and herbs in the summer, the clusters of wild flowers in the spring, the clear unpolluted air, the silence make this little corner of Tuscany unique.
The farmhouse "Le Ligoracce" gives you the chance to naturally experience country life style in a totally immersive way, among genuine sounds and fragrances.
There are two independent holiday apartments available, each with a private outdoor space for sunbathing or eating “al fresco”.
Pets are welcome at Ligoracce, but please let us know in advance if you wish to bring them too.
A minimum of two nights are required for renting.

This studio opens on to a porch and a stunning view of the Tyrrhenian coast and Lake St Luce. It is bright and roomy with its own private bathroom, a double bed and shower and is ideal for a couple wanting to spend time in the unspoilt Tuscan countryside.

The apartment is bright, with a beautiful view on the hills covered with mediterranean woods and garden area for sunbathing or cool summer evening suppers under the hazelnut trees. It offers accommodation for 4 people with a well equipped kitchen area , an independent bathroom with a shower and a private parking area.

Walk to the local Buddhist Centre of Pomaia and share the spiritual peace of the place for a few hours, or go to the local markets and rediscover what food used to taste like.
Bees, horses and wild natureChoose your favourite way to live the countryside: help with the “smielatura”, the collection of honey and try some of the scented honey for breakfast; watch our horses being groomed and prepared for a ride; discover wild orchids in the field around the farmhouse; watch the red sun set from your porch sipping a glass of wine; take up painting.
Or simply watch the huge sky at night and myriads of stars and snorkeling or diving in the blue water of the nearby Thyrrenian sea. Historical sites and towns

Nestled within the “ Golfo di Baratti “ lays the necropoli etrusca of Populonia, today part of the interesting “Parco Archeologico e Naturalistico.”

Superb property in an idyllic setting
A beautiful and well equipped property. The local village is ten minutes walk away and has everything you need for a relaxing stay, a well stocked market, lovely bars and restaurants. The property is well placed for trips to Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena. Our favourite time of day was spent after our evening meal, sitting on the terrace with a chilled glass of wine, the scent of honeysuckle lingering in the air taking in the lovely views over the hills. A perfect weeks relaxation and highly recommended.

Our first vacation in Tuscany, unforgettable :)
During our first vacation in Italy, we decided to visit Tuscany. We were recommended Ligoracce, the first impression is wonderful, the view, the tranquility, 100% relaxation. Our apartment was fully furnished with all its amenities, clean and spacious, the best part was enjoying the terrace in the afternoon, we felt comfortable and had our privacy, it was a dream week, we are eager to return.

New years eve in Tuscany!
Wonderful year's end vacation! nice facilities, good service, best location! me and my fiancée have spent 3 days in this apartment in a farmhouse with unforgettable sunset to the sea! we will come back next summer!
