Newly built house with fully equipped kitchens, 4 double rooms, bathrooms, outdoor swimming pool, barbecue and terrace for relaxing summer gatherings. The villa is ideal for family gatherings or for a group of friends and can accommodate up to 8 people. Nearest market is in the center of the village - km from the villa and the nearest beach is km away.

Top Villa
We spent just under two weeks in this high-quality and tastefully furnished villa.
Everything was thought of to ensure the guests feel comfortable.
Perfect kitchen equipment. Everything functional.
From sharp knives to aluminum foil, everything in the drawers, brand-name appliances from Miele, Silit, WMF.
High-quality beds and furniture.
Air conditioning is mandatory.
Very well-maintained pool with very comfortable sun loungers and outdoor shower.
Beautifully landscaped garden with a proper grill. Everything surrounded by a beautiful stone wall.
Wonderful quiet location.
Chilling by the pool in the morning... afternoon trip to the sea.
Kras is located in the middle of the island on the mountain, but it is not far to the nearest beach by car. (max 20-30 min.)
There is much to explore in all directions.
We also had bikes with us; it’s quick downhill to the beach... for the ride home, one should have an e-bike. The old town of KRK and BASCKKA pleased us very much; there you can also go out to eat or to the marina of MALINSKA.
We can only highly recommend the villa and would gladly come back.

Super holiday home
With a group of friends, we rented this house for 2 weeks. It is a perfectly equipped new house with 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have their own bathroom. The owners have put a lot of thought into the equipment: the beds are very comfortable; modern bathrooms with showers; plenty of dishes, etc. You can simply feel comfortable.
The highlight is the pool and of course the beautiful seating area on the terrace.
The village of Kras is centrally located on the island of Krk - so it is a perfect starting point for excursions in all directions. A car is definitely necessary.

beach vacation
14 days we rented Villa Alexia on the island of Krk in the beautiful village of Kras with 4 girlfriends.
The newly built house with its beautiful pool and dreamlike outdoor/seating area has everything you need for a successful vacation. We felt extremely comfortable and didn't miss anything.
The house is furnished with a lot of love and very tastefully. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have their own bathroom. A large living room with an open kitchen completes the spaciousness.
A dream vacation in a beautiful house is unfortunately coming to an end.
We can only recommend Villa Alexia, you can simply feel good here.

Perfect summer vacation
We rented the house for two weeks for four people and therefore had plenty of space. The house is brand new and perfectly equipped. It is very tastefully decorated. The highlight was the beautiful pool and the great outdoor seating area. The house is located in the middle of the island in the cute little village of Kras. You don't have the sea right outside the door, but the distances to the coastal towns are not large and you have wonderful peace and quiet. We would come back again and again.
