Description

Our double bungalow has everything you need for a relaxing family or fishing holiday. Each bungalow (approx. 60 m² incl. terrace) has 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 children's room with bunk bed, a living room with a place to sleep on the pull-out couch (only in bungalow 6) and exit to the terrace with a view of Canower Lake. SAT-TV, bathroom with shower and WC, kitchen with cooker, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, microwave In addition, there is a small playground and a table tennis table in the holiday settlement. A small bathing beach is available and invites you to swim. Thanks to numerous small waterways, it is possible to travel north to the Müritz or south to Rheinsberg by motorboat without a licence and explore the extensive water network.

On the pulse of time with the necessary cosiness

Great holiday accommodation for families with everything your heart desires. Parents will remember the holiday camp charm of the old days in the idyllic grounds, children will enjoy the usable area of the grounds with numerous play opportunities. If you are looking for peace and relaxation by the water, this is the place for you. Functionally equipped, the two bungalows near the lake with a newly built terrace are a place of well-being for the whole family. From a hill, directly from the terrace, you have a wonderful view of the lake. On the shore you will find a jetty with lovely plaques for the "bungalow boats"... Near the village you will find several gastronomic establishments, some of which are considered insider tips in the region. All in all, a holiday resort that is worth a visit and a rental that keeps up with the times... For the angler, Petri Heil and all the others have a nice holiday...

Always a pleasure!

We stayed in bungalow no. 6 for the 2nd time now and we were very satisfied again. The bungalow is clean, cosy and lovingly furnished, so that you can also spend a rainy day very well. The spacious terrace is a great place to have breakfast or a barbecue in the evening. The area invites you to go for long walks. Kleinzerlang is a very pretty little and, above all, quiet place with a very clean bathing area. There is a small bakery in the village that also sells daily groceries. The bakery is within walking distance of the bungalow. There are many different interesting excursion destinations in the wider area.
What I always like most is the wonderful peace and quiet and the location directly on the lake and in the middle of nature. Highly recommended also for fishing enthusiasts! We will be happy to come back!

Nature and comfort

We stayed with friends at bungalows 5 and 6 in great summer weather. The facilities are totally fine, very clean, decorated with lots of attention to detail, and very cozy! The shared breakfast on one of the large terraces was the perfect start to the days when we used the motorboat, bicycles, or sometimes the car. The idyllic setting on the sunny boat dock until late in the evening also invited chats with the neighbors. Everything was truly available that one can expect from a vacation in a bungalow. Thanks to the diligent landlady with the nice comfort ideas!

Cozy bungalow in a relaxing environment

If you like it original and idyllic, you should come here. Forests and lakes invite you to relax passively or actively, just as you like. Fr. Lange's bungalow is very clean and lovingly furnished. The good facilities create a pleasant living comfort. We slept heavenly in the beds. Breakfast on the spacious terrace made us look forward to the day. We used the boat with a motor every day to explore and fish in the surroundings from the water. Watching the sunset at the pier in the evening - simply wonderful! We would love to come back!

Everything is right !

We 4 men just wanted to relax, fish and get to know the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District during a week off. A friend had recommended this property to us. After a long journey we were pleasantly surprised. A well paved approach leads directly to the bungalow down to the lake, jetty and boat. The car park is about 50 m away - everything is very safe!
The equipment is completely sufficient - clean, well furnished - almost everything new!
Our kitchen man was thrilled - he didn't let anyone else in "His" kitchen and even did the dishes himself. Sitting and lying furniture very comfortable. Bathroom with shower and toilet - very good. Terrace with new furniture, barbecue, parasol It doesn't get any better than this, you sit wonderfully with a view of the lake and jetty. Of course the best thing was the boat with motor. You can go in 3 directions - we were on the water for many hours every day, made 4 lock trips, to Wolfsbruch (refuelled there) or to the Canow fishermen. You immediately arrange with the neighbours so that you don't bother each other. If the weather is bad, you can look around in the surrounding area (lots of brochures available). The children's playground is great, was always occupied.
Thank you Mrs Lange for the peace, relaxation and recreation we enjoyed!

Enttäuschend

The duplex bungalow No. 6 (which we inhabited) is located in the middle of a holiday complex, right next to a playground. In general, all the duplex bungalows are very close to each other.
From the photos, it is not apparent that it is quite steep downhill to the water (to the jetty). The rented boat with a motor left much to be desired. Unfortunately, we could only row, as the motor (rented separately) was missing a spare part (when calling Mrs. Lange, it was said to buy the part in the village - costs will be covered by me). Unfortunately, we did not receive this additional part.
Otherwise, the double bungalows are very noisy. We traveled with a family of friends with children. You could actually hear every word. You didn't even need to turn on the TV or radio.
Internet doesn't work in the entire area, so there is also no cell phone reception!
But we would like to mention positively that the bungalow, along with the furnishings, was very clean.
So if the proximity of other vacationers doesn't bother you and you are good on foot, it's okay.

Better not book

2 adults, Bungalow No. 6, in September 2016
The first impression upon entering the bungalow complex did not match our expectations based on the description. There are several bungalows quite close to each other in the complex, which was not evident in the photos and description. When we unlocked the front door, any joy for the upcoming holiday week was completely gone. It smelled musty, and there were several weeks-old cobwebs hanging in all rooms, including. The insects trapped in it on the walls, ceiling, and behind/under the furniture. Not to mention the dust and hair of the previous tenants, it took courage to lie in the beds, despite having our own bed linen, as the existing mattress protectors should definitely be properly washed after each visitor. The overall impression of the apartment appears urgently in need of renovation. (we paid 30,...) We paid 100 euros for the final cleaning, which was probably never done before us. If we had not traveled 950 km with a couple of friends to bungalow 5, we would have left again. The location and surroundings met our expectations, and the rowboat belonging to the apartment, including the rented motor, were fine.

Overall, very disappointing, we would not go there again.

Wenn solch gravierenden Mängel bei Anreise vorliegen, erwarte ich einfach einen Anruf von Ihnen. Sich erst nach dem Urlaub zu melden (zumal wir telefonischen Kontakt hatten in Ihrer Urlaubszeit!), um wegen dieser Mängel eine Reisepreisminderung zu verlangen, finde ich nicht ok.
Es war natürlich abzusehen, dass dann eine schlechte Bewertung von Ihnen kommt, als wir kein Geld zurückgezahlt haben.

Wonderful holiday in the middle of nature

We spent a week in September with our two children (3 and 6) and the dog in Kleinzerlang. This small bungalow settlement is located right by the water in the middle of nature. We cannot at all agree with the previous review. The bungalow was clean and very tastefully and practically furnished. It is true - the walls are covered with hard fiberboard - but they were not brightly painted, but painted in beautiful pastel tones. We couldn't find any molds. However, we did discover a few spiders, even though there is a fly screen on every window. Instead, we enjoyed pure nature (many large trees on the property and a forest nearby) and we think that various spiders and spider webs are just part of it. It didn't bother us at least - on the contrary, our kids were fascinated - as we have little of these critters in the city. ;-)
We also found neither the living room wall worn out nor the couch sagging. The door to the bedroom opens over 90 degrees, as the bed is right behind it. Not at all disturbing because, as mentioned, the bed is right after it and you can't walk in any other way anyway.
Mrs. Lange may live far away (we believe in Saxony) but was always reachable by phone for us and immediately sent help when we had problems (the boat engine wouldn't start). We were very satisfied with our vacation and have already booked another week - this time in summer, as we definitely want to go swimming then.

Great disappointment!

This double bungalow, No. 5 and No. 6, are two equally sized bungalows. We stayed in No. 5.
From the outside, it looks good, but the interior takes away any holiday relaxation.
As soon as you enter the hallway, it smells a bit musty, air fresheners are there, the hallway wardrobe is old, all partition walls are colorful painted hardboard. The bathroom is barely passable. In the children's room, mold resides behind the beds and it also smells a bit musty. The kitchen is practical and well equipped. In the living room, there is a worn-out wall unit and the seating furniture is totally broken down, you can hear every word from your neighbors. The worst is in the bedroom. The door doesn't open properly, it smells musty, the bed is completely worn out with thick spider webs behind it, the ceiling lamp and the bedside lamps have never been dusted. It's disgusting and you don't want to go to sleep. The outdoor area could also look better. Unfortunately, there is no direct contact person on-site, everything is done only by phone because the landlord lives far away.
The location is otherwise really beautiful.
