The house is functionally furnished for 4-5 people. 2 bedrooms with double beds and sleeping option in a separate living room. Kitchen with dining table. Beautiful garden with covered terrace and garden furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic stove with oven, coffee machine, toaster, etc. Plenty of dishes for more than 5 people.
At the dining area, 5 people can sit and eat comfortably.
Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed (1.60 x 2.0), and in the living room there is an additional sleeping option on the couch for 1 person.
Amenities include satellite TV (Astra satellite), DVD player, stereo system, many books, and various board games. All rooms lead off from a hallway. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, and there is also an outdoor shower. In the garden you will find a shaded outdoor terrace, garden and terrace furniture, deck chairs, a barbecue, bicycles, and a toy box.
The upper apartment is occasionally used by the owners. You are renting the lower apartment and the garden.

The house is located 3 km from Nea Kalikratia and 2 km from Nea Iraklia away. Both places can be very good on the shallow beach with the bikes reach. At the end of a cul-de-sac with no traffic in absolutely quiet location. On the sandy beach is only 200 m, the sanctioned nude beach is only about 700 meters on foot. Nea Kalikratia is a Greek fishing and farming village, 35 km away from the airport of Thessaloniki, and year-round inhabited. Many Greeks from Thessaloniki have their cottages, there are some hotels. Restaurants and shops are open all year round, a small vegetable market takes place every Tuesday. In the village there is a sandy beach, a big north Duenengebbiet with long sandy beaches and nudist opportunity.

The house is located 35 km from Thessaloniki airport, the driving time by car is about 30 minutes.
it is 45 km to the city centre of Thessaloniki with its museums, markets, harbour and old town. There you will also find many interesting restaurants and pubs.
On the Chalkidiki you can explore the peninsulas Kassandra, Sithonia and Athos with beautiful bays, wonderful hiking possibilities and old monasteries. The prehistoric stalactite cave in Petralona, the port town of Nea Moudania, there is much to discover nearby.
The highest mountain in Greece is Mount Olympus, on a clear day you can see it from the terrace. Enjoy swimming in the sea in May with a view of snow-covered Mount Olympus.
An excursion there is just as worthwhile as a trip to the famous Meteora monasteries. Kavala or Thassos are also worthwhile destinations
If all this is too much for you, you can simply relax on the beach and in the wonderful water.

Assessment of holiday home
We spent 4 weeks in the holiday home and had a great time. The house is well furnished and the location is great for guests who prefer it quiet. The landlords were also present during this time and were very helpful. They repaired bicycles, supported us with shopping, and even took us on trips. Thank you very much for that.

Beautiful house for a great holiday
We spent our holiday with friends last summer in the lovely furnished house. We immediately felt at home
The furnishings are well chosen for a relaxing holiday. The equipment is exceptionally good and plentiful. Whether dishes, pots, garden furniture, children's toys or board games and books, everything is there. We spent wonderful summer evenings under the luscious wine, it's a pity the grapes weren't ripe yet or they would have fallen into our mouths. Our favourite was definitely the outdoor shower, showering under the stars....
The beach is a few minutes walk away, you can choose whether to lie on your towel on the natural beach or walk a little further to the beach bar with deck chairs and music. We did both, depending on the mood of the day.
We also felt well looked after, the advance information and on-site support left nothing to be desired.
As we go to a different area every year, we probably won't be back,
but we would like to take this opportunity to recommend this beautiful house to others.
