Welcome to Villa Rudolfo,

The holiday apartment is located slightly above the town of Torbole on a large property (laid out in terraces) with a magnificent view of the northern Lake Garda. The house also includes a swimming pool. It is a three-family house.

The holiday apartment is about 120 sqm, consists of a living room, two bedrooms each with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with 2 washbasins, bathtub/shower, as well as a separate WC. In the entrance area (a separate room) there is the possibility for home office.

On two sides of the holiday apartment there are terraces that invite you to linger outside.

A little above the town of Torbole, near the leisure park, is our property with a large terraced plot of over 1800 sqm.
The apartment also includes a large terrace, mostly with lake view, which invites you to linger.

Villa Rudolfo in Torbole is located a little above the town of Torbole in a villa-like area (Zona Busatte) on a plot of just over 1800 sqm. This part of Torbole is characterized by smaller buildings and lots of greenery in the surroundings.

On foot, you are in Torbole in just a few minutes. Not far from the property is the leisure park with BMX park and the forest climbing garden. Nearby also begins the well-known Sentiere delle Busatte with its great view.

Each apartment includes two car parking spaces.

The apartment is fully furnished, consisting of a living room with, among other things, a dining table and chairs, two bedrooms with double beds (200x200 cm and 180x200 cm respectively). A fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, microwave, and the necessary dishes are included in the amenities. A spacious bathroom and separate guest WC are included in the amenities. The entrance room can also be used for, among other things, a home office; a desk with chair and shelves are available.
In the outdoor area, garden furniture and loungers are available.
Use of the pool is permitted to all tenants of the property.
