We wanted to go on vacation without the typical mass tourism! In the middle of Sicily among Italians and very few tourists, this house is perfect for that! You feel at home as soon as you get there, not like in a hotel

It was a wonderful stay. Nice and right in nature yet close to shops. You hear the birds, sheep, goats, and chickens. Beautiful view, as if it is a painting. You do need a car, and the last stretch is a bit challenging to drive, but more than worth it. The host, Vittorio, and his family are extremely helpful. Nice tips, fresh fruit and eggs, cookies and coffee are ready or brought to you. We felt free and incredibly welcome. The price-quality ratio is really excellent. Recommended if you enjoy peace and quiet but also like to make trips not too far from home. We are still enjoying the afterglow. Pool is fine, house is neatly clean, beds might be a bit harder than we're used to, but slept wonderfully. Ideal that you have another floor above. Indoor stairs. Our (in-laws) stayed upstairs. There are various seating areas, both inside and outside, and you can seek both sun and shade. There is more than just the basics available in the house. Herbs, oils, coffee, tea, linens, toys, books, and so much more. Really, book this villa!
