Our holiday flat () in the attic of the Brandmühle consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, hallway and roof terrace. It offers space for 2 people and 2 x extra beds on the sofa bed in the living room - children's travel bed on request. Internet via W-Lan is available throughout the flat and can be used free of charge.
Facilities:
Living room: cable TV, stereo, desk, sofa bed to pull out.
Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with oven and ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler, fully automatic coffee machine and radio.
Bedroom: Double bed (bed linen is provided)
Bathroom: bathtub, shower, stereo radio with CD ( MP3 )
( towels are provided ). The floors in the flat are laminate - tiles in the bathroom.
We offer a parking space for one car in the property.
Sauna use with advance reservation and for a fee.
Charging of an electric car is possible at a 230 V socket with advance notification and for a fee.

Our holiday flat is located in the attic of the Brandmühle, which was built around 1880.
The holiday flat was completed in September 2008 and has modern furnishings.
It is a short walk of about 850 m to the Kurmittelhaus.
The bus stop is a 3-minute walk away.
There is 1 restaurant in the immediate vicinity.
The nearest motorway exit is about 12 minutes away.
A piece of the Ore Mountains to relax and enjoy - in the radon spa " Actinon ".
Whether you are looking for a cure, wellness or just want to relax for a few days - Bad Schlema is the right place for you.
From our holiday flat in the Brandmühle you have a short walk of about 850 m to the Kurmittelhaus. The spa boulevard with shopping arcade, a music fountain and numerous other attractions invite you to linger and relax. In the immediate vicinity of the Kurmittelhaus is a wonderfully landscaped spa park with meadows, ponds, animal enclosure, miniature golf and event venues. Far away from stress and hectic, the health spa 'ACTINON' invites you with its 650 sqm indoor and outdoor water area with radon and brine therapy pools.
Bathing, sauna, relaxation, wellness and cures are just some of the possibilities Bad Schlema offers you. If you are in the mood for nature, then many kilometres of well-marked hiking trails in a varied landscape await you. One example is the nature trail along the Flossgraben to Bockau. You can learn a lot of interesting facts about the tradition of the old silver mining industry by exploring the historic mining trails with their technical monuments. Bad Schlema is also a good starting point for excursions to neighbouring towns. Visit the old mining towns of Aue, Schneeberg and Schwarzenberg.
A pearl of the Bad Schlema community is the newly created golf course on the redeveloped mining dump. Here, experienced golfers can play on challenging terrain, and beginners can learn basic skills with a golf instructor.

You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
