The house is nicely decorated, but could have been cleaner.
Unfortunately, €0.50/kWh is charged for electricity and I am said to have used almost 900 kWh during a 3-week stay (alone and not in the house during the weekend). This is what a two-person household uses every six months.
I would therefore definitely not book again, even if the contact with the landlady was very nice.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was clean and well-equipped, with everything we needed for our family trip. The location was peaceful, and we enjoyed long walks by the river. The hosts were welcoming and even left us a bottle of champagne, which was a nice surprise!

This place has a whole atmosphere! Super relaxed garden for barbecues and canoeing is a total win, perfect place for family adventures and the cozy fireplace is a big plus for rainy days.

This was our first time in Huenning, and it was a fantastic experience! The hosts were very accommodating, and the house itself had a charming character, We made great use of the grill in the garden, and the covered terrace was perfect for watching the rain

We had a wonderful stay at Ferienhaus Hexenhuus! The location is perfect for nature lovers, with the beautiful Treene river just a short walk away, We enjoyed kayaking in our own canoe, and the kids had a blast exploring the large garden, The house itself was cozy and clean, with a lovely fireplace that made our evenings special, The welcoming bottle of sparkling wine was a delightful touch! Overall, it was an excellent base for our family adventures, We would definitely return!

Our experience at Ferienhaus Hexenhuus was pleasant but simple. The house was spacious enough for our group of five people, and amenities like the well-equipped kitchen and the washing machine were helpful. We enjoyed the covered terrace for our barbecue, even though the weather didn't always cooperate. Although the surroundings are beautiful, we found some local attractions a bit farther than expected. However, it was a decent place to relax and recharge.

This place exceeded our expectations! We really liked the decor and how cozy the living room was, especially with the indoor fireplace. The proximity to the river made kayaking easy, and we also ventured to the nearby beaches. A perfect getaway!

The house is cozy and invitingly furnished. Nothing is missing. We felt very comfortable. There was even a small chew toy for our dog. The booking, as well as check-in and check-out, were problem-free. We would book again anytime.
