A newly built holiday home complex with many small houses and lots of greenery around it. The house is built to a high standard and offers every comfort, we had a private bathroom with toilet/shower in each bedroom and another one on the ground floor; There is also a very well equipped and high quality kitchen. One two-hour free entry per guest per day to the thermal baths, which are only 1 km away. Bayreuth is only 15 km away, where you can shop and stroll. The Franconian Switzerland with sights and diverse hiking trails is also very close.

The cottage was not very clean, and there was no umbrella present. The cutlery and dishes were rather messily assembled.
