Children's paradise in the Bavarian Forest: Family-friendly, car-free, park-like holiday complex, right on the edge of the forest with a wonderful view of Falkenstein Castle (575 m above sea level). For the little ones there is a children's club with videos and games. The Falkenstein holiday park was classified by Kinderland Bayern with 4 little bears, the second highest award, and offers holiday fun for the little ones as well as for the grown-ups. The rental office is located in the middle of the site, so that you always have a contact person on site in the holiday village. And we will be happy to take your order for bread rolls here (for a fee). The outdoor pool right next door also offers relaxation and leisure time fun. It is only a few minutes' walk to the historic town of Falkenstein with shops, traditionally good restaurants and interesting sights. the outdoor pool including sauna and mini golf in Falkenstein, the hunting and game museum at Falkenstein Castle or a tour of the castle tower. In addition, you receive approx. 500 additional services and discounts from service partners throughout the Bavarian Forest. We had a nice vacation in a beautiful environment. The cottage was fine and equipped with everything you need. I could also stream on the TV, which is nice. However, you can't really sit outside comfortably. The Falkenstein plus card isn't very useful. The park is nice and quiet, and the price/quality is good.

The house that we rented through you was quite nice with a nice bedroom (pity about the bad mattress) and excellent bathroom. Definitely not a HOLIDAY home. Both the front and back garden were a bare mess with only 4 shabby plastic folding chairs, so it was impossible to enjoy the sun. The living room only has 4 plastic chairs and a sofa bed. The good dishwasher is redundant due to the lack of crockery, for example only 2 soup bowls, 2 teacups, 1 cup and 2 small cups. The cutlery was also insufficient and of poor quality. All information was missing, the lady who handed over the keys knew nothing. No telephone numbers for doctors, fire brigade and police and no addresses for example for supermarkets, pharmacies, let alone any information about sights or activities. Only 1 set of keys of which you need 5 to get in. If someone was away without keys for shopping, for example, he could no longer get in and vice versa if he left without the keys, the other person was locked up. Handing in the keys on departure was also a problem, the manager did not know which mailbox belonged to the house, and she did not have a key to it either. Just put the keys somewhere and take a photo. However, that didn't go well because you needed the keys to leave the house and grounds.

In short, I'll just leave it at this, an uncomfortable and unpleasant stay unworthy of Novosel and I count on a reasonable compensation.
