Description

The country house Rundblick is located in the middle of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains in Rathmannsdorf-Höhe. A beautiful, unobstructed view of the mountains of Saxon Switzerland awaits you on our quietly situated, large meadow property.
In our newly reconstructed country house you will find 4 new, spacious, comfortable flats with a large living area. The Pfaffenstein flats are approx. 70 m² for 2-3 people with 2 bedrooms.
Flat Lilienstein approx. 80 m²for 2-4 pers. with 2 bedrooms and 2x shower/WC. An extra bed is possible.
Flat Adamsberg 110 m² / 148 m² for 5-9 pers. with 3-5 bedrooms and 2x or 3x shower/WC. An extra bed is possible. All apartments with dishwasher and high-quality wooden furniture.

Cancellation terms:

EXCERPT! 8. There is a general smoking ban in the vacation apartment / house. In case of non-compliance, the landlord can charge a cleaning fee of up to €200.00. 9. The landlord commits to assisting the guest in finding alternative accommodation if the booked property is not available. This arrangement does not apply in unforeseen events such as storm damage, fire, water damage, heating damage, or other elemental events that cannot be immediately repaired. The contract terminates if the house/apartment is unusable on the day of arrival. 10. In the event of cancellation by the guest, a processing fee of €28 will be charged. Cancellation fees are to be paid as follows: 90 - 60 days before the rental period, 60% of the rental amount; 29 - 15 days before the rental period, 80% of the rental amount; 59 - 30 days before the rental period, 70% of the rental amount; 14 - 0 days before the rental period, 90% of the rental amount. If the trip is not commenced, 90% of the rental price is due. If a replacement tenant is provided by the guest or if re-renting occurs through us, the cancellation costs for the period of re-rental are waived. If the guest arrives with fewer people than agreed in the contract, the total amount is still due. The same applies if the property is vacated early or if arrival happens later. If the use of the holiday property is not possible on the day of arrival due to an official lodging ban, the rental contract expires cost-free for both parties. Otherwise, the above-mentioned cancellation conditions apply. 11. Therefore, we recommend (for your own safety) that you take out TRAVEL COST CANCELLATION INSURANCE. Some insurances now also cover cancellations related to COVID-19! This insurance can be purchased at any travel agency but must be completed within 14 days of the booking date. The price depends on the rental price.

Holiday apartment to feel comfortable

We felt very comfortable in the vacation rental. It was very quiet and had everything we needed. There was nothing to complain about in any way. We will definitely come back.
