Fantastic panoramic view of the sea, the beach and the Bay of Douarnenez! Architect villa with premium comfort in a very original architectural style. The sea view is omnipresent; wide sliding doors lead from every room on the ground floor to the 70 sqm terrace. The smallest ray of sunshine warms the whole house. The two upstairs bedrooms each have a private balcony. Thanks to the telescope on the gallery, you can even see the legendary Tévennec lighthouse in front of the Point du Raz. On the adjoining roof terrace (20 sqm), the view up to the tip of the peninsula is particularly impressive. After a long day of swimming, you will be happy to try out Breton recipes in the well-equipped kitchen or grill something on the plancha. Afterwards you can enjoy pure relaxation in the in-house jacuzzi!

The small town of Telgruc-sur-Mer is located at the beginning of the Crozon Peninsula, on the Bay of Douarnenez. Its 1.3 km long, wide sandy beach is particularly popular with families. There is parking and a small beach bar for a snack in between. At the end of the beach there is a sailing school with a wide range of activities, including small children. A visit to the former sardine port of Douarnenez with its numerous pubs and specialty restaurants is recommended. On the way you should definitely visit the medieval village of Locronan, which is one of the most beautiful villages in France and has been the setting for numerous films.

The views were wonderful which is why we booked. Very lovely house. It is just such a shame the house was listed as non smoking when it stunk of smoke. No doors left open or air freshener could erase the smell as it was so deep seated into all the soft furnishings. Best to avoid if sensitive to smell of smoke.

The location of the house is really very nice. The house is very spacious, unfortunately a bit cluttered (less would be more) and not quite clean. The owner is very helpful and attentive.

Very strong smell of tobacco ingrained in the house as soon as you enter the house, and the smell is in the towels and all the household linen; for non-smokers, it is very complicated to live with.

The cleanliness overall and especially in certain places leaves something to be desired. Dirt and greasy dust that hasn't been cleaned for months (years??) in the kitchen and living room. Dirt stains visible here and there. Dust mice in the sliding door rail of the bedroom closets. Some (very!) sticky dishes in the kitchen. You have to wash many utensils before using them. Mop black and smells of mold -> put it in the washing machine first before we can use it. And above all, this house is labeled as non-smoking and that is absolutely not true! Not only did it smell like smoke when we arrived, but there were still all the butts in a water pot on the terrace outside and there was a shell ashtray on the terrace table... Since the location is very nice and the children would enjoy it, we decided to stay. The mood on the first day wasn't really great, but it improved once I cleaned it so that we could feel more comfortable.
