Family house ideal for accommodation of a larger family or of families or friends who want to spend an unforgettable holiday together. On the first floor of the house there is a large living room with a kitchen, which leads directly to a large balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Krk.
The house has a total of four bedrooms and a gallery above the living room, while the ground floor is designed for socializing and entertainment, as well as for children and play. There is a billiard table, table football, table tennis and darts. The ground floor is connected to the first floor by internal stairs, there is a large external terrace in front of the ground floor and there is an external barbecue at the guests' disposal. A prefabricated outdoor pool is located in the garden.

The holiday home is located in a quiet area and close to the first beaches, which are within walking distance. There is a lot of greenery around the house and in a few minutes you can reach the centre of Dramalj and the first shops, cafés and restaurants. a well-kept promenade by the sea and beaches connects Dramalj with the town of Crikvenica.
