A small hallway with wardrobe leads into the well-equipped living room. The living room offers a cosy sitting area (separate sleeping possible), free Wi-Fi, satellite TV/radio and DVD. The kitchen-living room is connected to the living room and leads to a partially covered loggia with seating. The kitchen is equipped with a freezer, dishwasher, 4-plate electric cooker with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery.
The modern bathroom with floor heating has a bathtub, separate shower, WC and window with insect screen.
Bedroom with double bed (height 37cm), wardrobe, window with external blinds and insect screen.
Washing machine and dryer as well as drying room are available in the cellar for shared use. There is also a lockable parking space for bicycles.

The flat is located in Kollmar, in the district of Bielenberg, in a quiet location on the edge of the village, directly on the Elbe dyke. In approx. 300m distance you will find the Elbe-and-Nordseeküsten-Radwanderweg, as well as a wonderful sandy beach at one of the most frequented natural Seeschiffartsstrassen in the world.
