Ground floor: Living room (45 sqm, walkthrough room) with 2 extra beds on couch/sofa, TV, dining area (9 seats) and access to the terrace (30 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 9 chairs, shared with eat-in kitchen). Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen (10 sqm) with TV, electric cooker, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and access to the terrace. Separate WC (3 sqm, not heated) with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each (11 sqm) with 1 double bed and TV. Bedroom (16 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, TV, air conditioning and access to the balcony (garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs).
