This villa is a detached holiday home with a private pool 4x7 m.
Plot size approx. 600 m²
Everything is for exclusive use.
The house has 60 m² of living space, a 20 m² covered terrace, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms with French double beds/extra bed.
Maximum occupancy 5 people.
Prices depend on the season.
In November and January, available from 500 euros.
The house is fully furnished and well equipped. The prices are often displayed incorrectly. Please ask for the correct price.

The holiday home is located on a ridge (Domaine).
This Domaine is guarded around the clock.
There are several free sports facilities there: 3 tennis courts, 2 public swimming pools, a boules court, basketball, a football pitch, and of course a playground with a table tennis table.
The villa is a detached holiday home in the south of France, with a private pool on the Côte d'Azur overlooking Provence. The house accommodates a maximum of 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms with French double beds / and an extra bed. The house is fully furnished and well equipped. Nothing should be missing. A private pool enhances the warm season, and a pool heater makes swimming possible during the transitional period. Even at other times, this place is ideal for relaxing and you can enjoy your vacation. The days are usually warm even in winter, and for cooler days or evenings there is a wood-burning stove available. All rooms also have electric heaters. The terrace can be completely closed off as a conservatory.
