Description
In the cosy holiday home you will find everything for a successful recreation and fishing holiday. A boat (Sting 535) with a 40 hp motor can be rented for EUR 385 per week. The kitchen is equipped with a modern induction cooker, extractor fan, dishwasher, kettle, refrigerator, bread maker, coffee machine, toaster and crockery. In the bathroom you will find a shower, toilet and the sink. For warm evenings there is garden furniture and a Weber grill. W-Lan, electricity and water are available free of charge. Radio and TV are also available. 3 bicycles are waiting for sporty guests. Contact persons are available by telephone in German. Towels (15,00 EUR ) and bed linen (15,00 EUR ) can be provided. The holiday home is electrically heated.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is situated with direct sea view 50m from the water line. On the private beach there is a bathing place and a jetty. The nearest shopping facilities are approx. 5 km away. There is a large shopping centre in Kristiansund (approx. 9km) near the airport. Hiking holidaymakers can tackle various "Stikk ut" hiking routes. Alesund, the Geirangerfjord, the Atlanterhavsvegen, the Trollstigen and other sights are easily accessible.
The Freifjord is protected from wind and large waves. Fishing is possible even in bad weather. In good weather, you can reach the open sea without problems. The chances of catching a big cod, saithe or ling are good.

| The rental price for the boat is EUR 385.00 per week. Electricity and water are included in the rental price. The deposit must be paid by bank transfer 4 weeks before check-in. We will return the deposit 14 days after your check-out (provided the holiday home is in good condition). |
Cancellation terms:
You will receive a refund of your deposit if you cancel the booking at least 4 weeks prior to the scheduled check-in. For cancellations made less than 4 weeks but more than 2 days before check-in, you will get back 50% of the paid booking amount. If the trip is canceled less than 2 days before check-in, you will receive 25% of the paid booking amount back.

Great house with a wonderful view
The vacation house is beautifully located right by the fjord with its own small beach and pier with a boat. The house is very cozy and equipped with everything you need. The landlords are super friendly and helpful. We would love to come back!

Our fishing holiday from 13,9. - 27.9.2022
The holiday home is very well furnished. We didn't want for anything and simply felt at home. In the first week, unfortunately, there was no good fishing weather, but we were able to explore the surroundings. We found suggestions in the excellent guest folder.
In the second week we caught enough fish, including cod, ling, coalfish, hake and even a monkfish. We would like to thank the kind hosts for their kindness

Our Norway premiere!
Many thanks to Moni and Falk for your super hospitality and the many helpful tips for us Norway newbies. The holiday home is really a dream domicile, the location fantastic, the peace unique and the deer, just like us, deeply relaxed. Even for an amateur fisherman like me, the fishing was great, with cod, mackerel and pollock to eat and a few kilos of fillet to take back to Germany, even though we had no intention of doing so. Our junior also caught ling, gurnard (the little guy was released immediately) and pollack. The best results, by the way, without the depth finder and right on our doorstep.
Under the expert guidance of Moni and Falk we also explored the Trollstigen, the drive through the Rauma valley alone turns every Norway novice into a Norway fan. Thank you very much again and we wish you a good holiday home with pleasant guests, Timur, Ljuba and Volker from Weser-Ems.

Always a pleasure!
We have been there several times, we like the quiet location and the private jetty with filleting area
There is a great variety of species to fish for, and although you have to look for the fish (as you do almost everywhere in Norway), you will usually always find good spots. You shouldn't expect the really big ones.
The owners are always nice and helpful.

Super holiday
We have been going to Norway almost every year since 1993. Therefore, little can surprise us, but this time it worked. The accommodation corresponds in all points to the publication, the boat is a blast and the area invites you to go on holiday. Moni and Steffen can't be held responsible for the fish stocking in the fjord, but we can report that after two weeks we had no more transport capacity and had to limit ourselves with fishing. We caught our first halibut here.
To all holidaymakers: Go there and see for yourselves, we will definitely plan it again.
