Our studio is located in building B on the 5th floor and is approx. 36 m². With a balcony and sea view, furnished with typical Chiang Mai furniture and decoration, air conditioning and ceiling fan. In the bathroom you will find a heated shower and large and small towels. Bed linen and covers for the queen-size double bed (approx. 140 cm wide) are also provided. The studio is equipped with a breakfast kitchen, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery, china and glasses
Wi-Fi is free and there is also a safe for your valuables.
There is a TV and an Android box with which you can access YOUTUBE or surf the internet. To receive approx. 25 German or various European TV channels via, we can book a monthly subscription for you at a price of 700 THB per month.

On the property is a large communal pool with restaurant and bar, tennis courts, laundry service and a small shop. Beautiful 150 m garden path to the beach with private access to Dongthan-Jomtien beach.
The Jomtien Condotel and Village has a good connection to Pattaya with so-called baht buses (you get on, you get off, you pay the driver 20 baht). There is 24-hour security and a 24-hour supermarket, ATMs, money exchange, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, a Thai market, a night market, scooter or car rental, etc., all within walking distance.

In the low season from 1 April to 31 October we offer a discount of 15%, i.e. 3,000 THB - this corresponds to 16,000 THB per month as rent.
The rental price includes cleaning of the studio once a week, changing and washing of bed linen and towels. Water and electricity will be charged according to your consumption.

We strongly recommend that you take out medical / overseas travel insurance.
How to get to Jomtien Condotel
From Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport, take a taxi at a cost of approximately 1800 THB plus tip of 100 baht. The journey takes about 1½ hours via the toll (100 THB) M7 highway. Alternatively, you can take the airport bus, which costs less than 140 THB and stops directly opposite the entrance to the Condotel complex (approx. 2 hours travel time).
