Cancellation terms:

You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Holiday home Waldsee on Lake Nageler.

We have been coming to Nagel for many years, the houses here are not very good, but good. Price/performance ratio has almost always been right, but at the moment the quality is declining significantly. The box for the belt tensioner for the shutters on the patio door is broken, and the belt no longer tightens by itself because it is frayed. The seat of a chair on the patio has broken, despite supposedly being new patio furniture.
The carpet in the master bedroom is really unattractive in the area by the window, and the entire carpet is very old. There is a green film on the floor and railing on the patio that looks disgusting and is also dangerous when the patio is wet because it is slippery.
The Wi-Fi in the house is terrible, we only had our internet radio playing and it keeps cutting out, so forget about trying to do anything quickly for work on the internet. The light above the stove is almost hanging down and completely greased because no one dares to touch it anymore.
All of these issues have been repeatedly reported by us, but nothing is being done.
There are photos as evidence for all of the issues.
The area is fantastic and perfect for a relaxing vacation.
Without all these problems, the house would be completely fine.
The property manager on site is very nice and competent; it's finally time for the owner to take action.
