It is particularly appreciated for comfortably spending holidays with family, from grandparents to grandchildren, or with families of friends, while allowing everyone to find their own quiet space.
Outside of a housing development, on the edge of the village, the villa guarantees you peace and comfort without being isolated.

7 true AIR-CONDITIONED bedrooms with ample storage and certified bedding, each with a queen-size bed (160 cm) or 2 single beds (90 cm) ... 3 dining rooms (including the summer one), 3 living rooms, 3 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 3 separate toilets, all spread over 3 levels: garden level and ground floor accessible to PRM (3 steps) and a first floor.

1,200 m2 of terraces or garden and shaded areas, fully equipped for 14 people (outdoor dining room, garden lounge, deckchairs, sunbeds, children's games ...)

The HEATED and SECURED pool is exclusively private, about 9 m x 6 m in size and with a maximum depth of 2 m (outdoor shower - daily maintenance at your expense). Secured by a fully glass fence, the sea and maquis views are guaranteed.
The summer kitchen, open to the outside and the pool, also has a sea view. Very well equipped for 14 people, it has a barbecue, a family plancha, etc ...
The Sisco marina and its beach are 7 minutes away... It is a small village, offering all local shops and services (supermarket, post office, hair and beauty salon, restaurants, newsagent, etc .....)
Swimming is also possible in the nearby stream.
Bastia and its port, where the ferries arrive, are 19 km away ... Bastia-Poretta airport is 39 km away
