Description
The fisherman's house is about 90 sqm in size.
It has 2 bedrooms with double beds on the lower floor and another sleeping area with 2 single beds on the upper floor.
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, spacious mirrored cabinet, and shower.
In March 2025, a new country-style kitchen was installed.
The living room is comfortably furnished, equipped with satellite TV and a stereo system. With the existing fireplace stove, one can also stay here comfortably in cooler weather. Our house has a completely fenced garden, allowing for a relaxed holiday with dogs or children.
Due to the southern orientation, one can sunbathe and relax undisturbed here.
Electric radiators are also available, of course!
Pool/ outdoor pool, tennis courts, playground, bocce court, etc. are located on the premises.

Location and surroundings of object
Our fisherman's house is located in a closed fisherman's house settlement with many recreational and sporting opportunities included in the price - swimming pool (seasonal), tennis court, soccer field, playground.
Between De Panne and Adinkerke - just cross the country road and you find yourself in one of the largest contiguous polder and dune landscapes in Europe that embrace De Panne. The town of De Panne boasts an immense beach, beautiful dunes, the charming Dumont district, numerous cozy restaurants, the amusement park Plopsaland, and much more.
Shopping - Small boutiques, regional specialties, regional beers and chocolates,... A detour into the shopping streets is always worthwhile.
De Panne is surrounded by numerous nature reserves. Discover the wandering dunes in the Westhoek, the fossil dunes in Cabour, the transition from the Oosthoek dunes to the polder land.
Adinkerke, a rural flower community, forms the transition from the coast to the hinterland and is located close to the French border.
Events - concerts, parades, exhibitions, flea markets,... You can find all the events in the current brochure at the local administration!

Has everything you need
A well-located holiday home with reasonable facilities. (Four stars here, as there is no WiFi available and the dishes are somewhat limited for a family of five).
It was well cleaned. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, ideal for self-catering. The key handover was smooth.
The scenery was beautiful. We walked to the beach almost every day, through the dunes - wonderful. Thank you for the lovely days in your home.

A cozy and quiet holiday home
Thank you very much for this beautiful holiday accommodation. We felt very comfortable. We especially liked the location - the lovely, quiet settlement, the nature reserve right in front of us for walks with the dog, the supermarket within walking distance, and the beach just a few kilometers away (we even managed to walk there). The house is cozy and functional - everything was clean and available. We were almost alone in the settlement and therefore it was very quiet. Unfortunately, our little son was a bit sick - that's why we were grateful for the washing machine - which we unfortunately had to use a few times. However, we still had a very nice short vacation and would like to come back - if we are allowed.

Sehr schönes Haus, super Kontakt mit dem Vermieter
A very beautiful house with a lovely garden, unfortunately, we were only there for 2 days due to the children's illness. What doesn't work out so well is the Belgian cleaning lady, but if you complain once, she will come again. However, the landlord is not responsible for that. We found the house and the children loved it, especially the great garden. The house should now also have a small 3-legged grill for all barbecue enthusiasts :)
Personally, we found the Belgian side to be more beautiful and well-kept than the French side. It is recommended that if you arrive on a Saturday during the high season, simply drive past the De Panne / Plopsland exit and only get off the highway in France. This saves a lot of traffic. Highly recommended, we will come again. Thank you Thielen family.

super nice vacation
The three of us, along with our 2-year-old boxer dog, felt very comfortable in the house. Everything was lovingly furnished, so you can tell that the house is also privately used.
We enjoyed the 14 days from 07/18/2015 to 08/01/2015.
