The location of the villa is very convenient for those who want to enjoy a carefree holiday without the need to use a car daily. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances such as a stove, refrigerator with freezer, ice maker, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, and all necessary kitchen utensils. The upper floor has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, providing comfortable accommodation for up to eight people. The first floor includes two bathrooms, each equipped with shower cubicles, washbasins, toilets, and hairdryers. All bathrooms are bright, spacious, and fitted with high-quality sanitary facilities. Fresh towels and bed linens are ready for you upon arrival. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with underfloor heating, making your stay pleasant even in the colder months. The swimming pool is heated to 27 degrees and allows for a refreshing swim all year round. All windows are fitted with fly screens, so you can sleep peacefully at night without being bothered by insects. Additionally, there is a storage room in the basement with four bicycles for adults, which are ideal for exploring the surrounding area. Two helmets for children are also available.
