On the ground floor of the house you will find a bedroom, as well as the sauna adjacent to the cosy seating area and one of the two shower bathrooms.
The sunny upper floor, which is reached via a comfortable staircase, has a living-dining area with adjoining open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms and another shower room
From the balcony you can see a bit of the Schlei and the in-house sauna on the ground floor lets you relax wonderfully after pusty walks on the beach.
The fully fenced property with approx. 550 sqm offers enough space to play, romp and relax.
You can spend cosy evenings at the barbecue and on the covered terrace.

Our holiday home is located in Maasholm Bad, only 2 km away from the picturesque fishing village of Maasholm
To get to the Schlei, you only need a two-minute walk. The Baltic Sea beach is only a fifteen-minute walk away (approx. 1 km). From the house you can go on great cycling tours, hikes or longer trips, because Kappeln, Schleswig and Flensburg are not far away.
Enjoy the unspoilt nature in the nearby Geltinger Birk, visit the smallest town in Germany - Arnis, the country doctor in Deekelsen, Gottorf Castle in Schleswig or the Vikings in Haitabu.
A tour to Denmark is also worthwhile.
