Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday complex is located 4 km outside of Loperhet on 3500 sqm with garden and sea view at the bay of pebble beach approx. 300 m. Ideal for swimming (at high tide), sunbathing or hiking.

Cute little village with the district Rostiviec which is situated on a green peninsula. Our house is situated on this peninsula, quiet and facing south with a large terrace as well as a relaxation corner, boules court, barbecue. Loperhet is the ideal starting point to explore the north, the south or the west of Brittany. There are many small bays and sandy beaches to explore. There are also many sights in the hinterland.

Cancellation terms:
In the event of contract cancellation by the tenant, the following rule applies: The landlord will attempt to find a replacement tenant in every case. If one is found, payments made will be refunded, minus a service fee of €75. If no replacement tenant is found, 80% of the rental price is due. If the stay is terminated early, the rent will not be refunded. Therefore, it is advisable to consider travel cancellation insurance.
