It is only 600 m from the sea and only 200 m from bars, pizzerias, restaurants (open mainly in summer). For shopping you can go to Marina di Grosseto (only 5 km away). It is a two-storey house nestled in a green paradise. Ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing seaside holiday, without the daily hustle and bustle of a working day. The house has two entrances: one for pedestrians and one for the car (in case you don't want to leave the car in the small street next to the house). After passing through the gate, you enter a very large garden, nestled in the greenery of oleander bushes and pine trees. A few steps lead to the terrace, equipped with table and awning, which offers an outdoor place in the shade for breakfast, lunch or dinner. From the terrace, a glass door leads into the living room. A cosy little living room, furnished with table, double sofa bed and wall unit serves as the entrance for the kitchenette, WC and storage room. From the living room, a wooden staircase leads to the sleeping area, which has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Two are double bedrooms and the third has a bunk bed. A washing machine is located by the small terrace next to the kitchenette. A heating system allows you to spend your holiday here even during the cooler months. There is also air conditioning. It is really the ideal house for those who want to spend a holiday by the sea.
