Beautiful and quiet situated lakeside cabin amidst rich animal and
birdlife, easy and good fishing are included in the rent.
Lower level: Living room with cable TV English and German, kitchen, shower room + additional separate toilet, washing machine, two bedrooms - one has 2x 90 beds the other with a 140 bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave,
coffee maker, toaster, waterboiler, all kitchen accessories.
The upper floor has a master bedroom, double bedroom and a smaller bedroom with
two 90 beds, plus a cot and accessories for a baby.
Private and quiet located 3 meters from the water with a glass veranda for nice beautiful meals inside or outside.
No aircraft, no cars just birdsong, good fishing by boat, mushrooms and berries in the surrounding woods.
A small kettle barbecue, rowboat, canoe. Free WiFy include.

The vacation home is a disaster!!!
We wanted to spend our two-week summer vacation in July 2024 with our daughter in this holiday home. What awaited us on-site was the dirtiest and most worn-out holiday home we have ever encountered. The house was damp and smelled musty! A dirty kitchen where food scraps could be found everywhere. Stuffed pigeons sitting above the dining table on a wooden branch. Worn-out seating furniture and the promised German satellite TV was broken. In the guestbook, German construction workers had signed and expressed their grievances.
They described the house as uninhabitable.
In front of the house were swans with young ones that were very aggressive.
Biting flies that were very, very eager to bite due to the swampy location around the house.
We packed everything up again the same day and literally ran away...
The cheeky landlord did not refund us €600.
That was his condition because we wanted to leave again. We have been going to Sweden sometimes twice a year for 10 years.
We have never experienced anything like this.

I have never in my 15 years as a lessor experieenced such mean people.
They had booked two weeks, when they arrived they only wanted to pay for one week.
They immediately started arguing and the man was very aggressive and screaming.
The house was newly renovated and very well cleaned. It is something that we take very seriouly for our guests well-being.
I refunded the money and asked kindly the guests to find another accommodation.
They left with a rush and the morning after they returned becouse they forgoten medication.
We have never in our long time experienced any German people so aggressive, the opposite our gests are very happy with the nice house and the calm location.
The house was left in a big mess and we had to do another final cleaning.
I never use the word crazy, but this people was not healthy as can be read in their text.
Everything they write is just lies. I feel sorry for their crying daughter who had to put up with their aggressiveness.
We have a very good resume in our guest books.
All people are welcom and we take good care of them .
