Apartment Braut enjoys a peaceful, romantic setting surrounded by olive trees, offering breathtaking views of the sea and the old town of Vrbnik.
The spacious 30 m² terrace with sea view is perfect for relaxing and recharging. It is partly covered and equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers and a parasol. The beautifully maintained garden around the house adds to the Mediterranean charm.

The apartment features one bedroom (two separate beds that can be joined together if desired) and an open-plan living/dining area with kitchen.
From the living room, you can step directly onto the terrace with its beautiful panoramic sea view.
A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space, making the apartment suitable for 2–3 people – perfect for couples or small families.

We had actually booked 13 days for relaxation and ended up staying only 1 night. Unfortunately, we were very shocked upon arrival by the sight of mold on the walls, a musty smell in the apartment. We have never experienced anything like this before. The couch also had a musty smell. The toilet seat kept falling from side to side, and the heaters were turned off. The only positive aspect was the view from the terrace, which was almost obstructed by tall trees. It is a bravery test to steer your vehicle at an 80-degree angle backwards steeply 10m down and park it. We are not picky tenants and ourselves have 2 holiday apartments. But such deficiencies should be noticed by the landlord and must have been present for a while. It is especially sad that the landlord and the travel agent do not consider it necessary to react and fix these errors, thus ruining the desired vacation for the next guest. We are very disappointed and cannot recommend this vacation rental to others.

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie so unzufrieden waren. Diese Ferienwohnung ist sonst sehr beliebt von unseren Gästen und wir sind auch sehr geschockt über so eine schlechte Bewertung. Diese nehmen wir sehr ernst, für alle Rückinfos sind wir sehr dankbar, das sehen wir als eine Gelegenheit, diese Ferienwohnung noch besser zu machen.
Wir nehmen an, dass sehr feuchtes Wetter bei der Anreise zu diesem Eindruck beigetragen hat. Sonst hat die Ferienwohnung kein Problem mit Schimmel. An der Schlafzimmerwand ist vor kurzem eine schmale Spur entstanden und die Vermieter haben es vor, gleich nach der Saison zu schauen worum es eigentlich geht und es wird dann gleich saniert. Das kann man nicht machen, wenn die Gäste noch in der Ferienwohnung sind. Die Couch ist sehr bequem, nur Paar Jahre alt und hat kein Geruch. Die Ferienwohnung hat Zentralheizung, aber wir heizen alle im Moment noch nicht, weil die Temperaturen noch relativ hoch sind. Dazu hat die Ferienwohnung auch die Klimaanlage, mit der man auch heizen und kühlen kann. Die Klobrille wird ausgetauscht. Der Blick von der Terrase ist wirklich atemberaubend. Es ist ein guter Hiweis, dass wir die Bäume unter der Terrasse etwas schneiden. Zum Parkplatz gelingt man über einen kleinen Hang, der mit Sicherheit keine 80 Grad hat. Unsere Gäste parken dort sonst problemlos, und am Haus sind noch andere Parkplätze verfügbar. Nur die meisten Gäste ziehen es vor, direkt vor der Ferienwohnung zu parken.
Was uns bei dieser Bewertung am meisten traurig macht, ist dass die Gäste sagen, dass die Vermieter und wir als Reisebüro nicht reagiert haben. Wir haben gleich erklärt, dass die Wand nicht gleich saniert werden kann, weil wir es gründlich machen wollen und wir wissen im Moment nicht, wie diese schmale Spur, die die Gäste so gestört hat entstanden ist. Den Vermietern und uns als Reisebüro liegt es sehr am Herzen, dass unsere Gäste zufrieden sind und wir sind für alle Verbesserungsvorschläge sehr dankbar. Wir werden uns bemühen, dass diese Ferienwohnung weiter so beliebt bleibt, wie das immer schon der Fall war, alle Jahre, die sie bei uns im Angebot ist.

Great apartment with a fantastic view
We spent a week as a couple in this holiday accommodation. It was the cleanest accommodation we have ever had. A great view and the friendly landlords rounded off this stay perfectly. beautiful vacation rental with great location
Beautiful apartment for 2 people with everything you need. Very nice landlords, unfortunately from 5 am wooden clog clattering from the landlady in the apartment above (takes getting used to). Also, the wonderful view over Vrbnik and the sea is restricted by the growing fig tree. We bent the branches under the railing, then it was fine. Nearby, there are beautiful bathing coves and even a easily accessible sandy beach in Risika. Vrbnik itself offers everything you need, but it's only a few minutes by car to Krk or Punat. The lady from MareTours handled the key handover smoothly and friendly, and also provided some useful information. All in all, a very nice holiday with nice hosts, cozy, clean apartment, and wonderful surroundings. Our next holiday destination will be Vrbnik again!
