Our apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is located on a 525 sqm plot. Your dog is very welcome here! The Luv apartment has a large, bright living/dining room with direct access to the terrace and garden, a large bedroom with a double bed, and a twin bedroom, each with wardrobes. The comfortable living area in the living room can be used as a sofa bed for two additional people. The fully equipped kitchen-living room with a cozy dining area leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to cook and spend time together. The bright bathroom with whirlpool tub, shower, and window promises freshness and wellness during your vacation.

This beautiful holiday home is located in an absolutely quiet cul-de-sac in the small residential area of Maasholm Bad. You live between the Baltic Sea and the Baltic Sea Fjord Schlei and can reach the nearby sea and beach directly via an idyllic footpath after approx. 800 m and the Baltic Sea Fjord Schlei after approx. 250 m. The maritime harbour town of Kappeln is about 10 km away, Flensburg and Schleswig can be reached in less than 45 minutes by car. The small idyllic seafaring and fishing village of Maasholm, only 1 km away, has been able to retain its tranquil character to this day. Here you will find small restaurants and cafés to linger and enjoy, and from here you have the opportunity to go on a deep-sea fishing trip. The harbour, the listed landing stages for barges, the station of the sea rescue cruiser "Nis Randers", the fish smokehouse, the shipyard, the customs and water police, the Petri church, small thatched fishermen's cottages and other sights invite you to take a tour of the village.
