The holiday home JantjeMoe is furnished and designed with love, so that you can enjoy your holiday carefree!
Your holiday home is approx. 80 sqm in size, extends over 2 floors and is divided into spacious living and sleeping areas
The lower living area includes a large living/dining area for 4-6 people with access to the open modern kitchen, which is equipped to a high standard with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine
From the living room, you have a view into the garden and directly onto the house's own south-west facing terrace, which is equipped with comfortable teak garden furniture as well as a beach chair, sun lounger and parasol.
In the entrance area there is a separate guest toilet, as well as a wardrobe with footstool and a small storage room for everything that needs to be stowed away
In the upper sleeping area there are two separate bedrooms and the bathroom with shower/WC/washing machine.
One of the larger bedrooms has a large open-foot double bed and the smaller second bedroom has two single beds, also open-foot, but which can easily be pushed together if necessary.
All beds are equipped with high-quality slatted frames and mattresses for a good and restful night's sleep, which can even be turned over depending on the degree of firmness required for personal comfort
Made-up beds and a linen package with sufficient towels and tea towels are of course included.
For more than 4 people, you also have the option of extending the large living room sofa into a double bed or using an extra bed, which can be provided on request.
The holiday home has a central hoover system, a washing machine, a safe for your valuables and appropriate cleaning materials.
In case you need to dry your laundry quickly, there is a tumble dryer in a central storage room!
Free WLAN, DVD player, radio with Bluetooth, flat screen TV, large garden and private terrace with comfortable beach chair and sun loungers to relax!
Cot and travel cot as well as children's toys, handcart and barbecue are also available and round off our offer!

The holiday home JantjeMoe is located in a very quiet, yet centrally located residential area of Horumersiel.
The house with garden is surrounded by a half-height hedge and therefore ideal for families with children or animals.
The terrace of the house is south-west facing and therefore very sunny and allows cosy barbecue evenings in the setting sun
The centre of the village with its shops, restaurants and ice-cream parlours as well as the weekly market can be reached on foot in approx. 2 minutes and the beach and harbour are only approx. 6-8 minutes away on foot
You will also find a bicycle rental with a large selection of bicycles, e-bikes, family karts etc. in the centre of Horumersiel

From me about Silke Janssen, born 1964 in Horumersiel. These are designations of origin which, in terms of name, age and place of birth, identify a genuine down-to-earth Frisian. I grew up in the rural environment of the Frisian countryside, directly under the protection of the dyke, the harsh North Sea climate with almost constantly blowing fresh breezes from the sea and in the spacious marshland landscape. These life experiences make me a man of conviction when it comes to promoting this beautiful coastal landscape, which I would like to introduce to you. I received the commercial and organisational tools for my tourism tasks during my training as a travel agent at a national tourism company in the Ruhr area. For more than 25 years now, I have been working in the holiday apartment agency business and I always appreciate the direct contact with my guests and the time for a little cosy "Klönschnak" with them is always very eventful for me.
