Cosy, well-equipped holiday flat!
We felt very comfortable in this holiday flat. The nice welcome by Mrs. Rausch and the explanations about the facilities contributed a lot to the reception and settling in. Nothing is missing in the flat. It is comfortably furnished. We enjoyed the large terrace and the sitting area in the living area with fireplace, depending on the weather.

Four-star holiday home in Pockau, Im Hammer 1 - Pure Nature!
Beautifully quiet location between Pockau and Olbernhau, each 4 km away (all shopping facilities).
The equipment is more extensive than described on the homepage. The living area is spread over 2 levels. In one level there is the living area of about 60 sqm with a cozy seating area in front of the fireplace (firewood is ready) as well as a spacious dining area next to the kitchenette (small dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, stylish glasses, tasteful dishes and cutlery, additional accessories and devices as needed) and a large table for social game rounds. Separate toilet and washing machine with combined dryer.
On the upper level with a further area of about 60 sqm there are 2 bedrooms with a small writing desk and a toilet with shower and sink.
The spacious terrace with more than 40 sqm (about 12 sqm with 2 parasols) comfortably accommodates 2 tables and garden furniture (chairs and loungers in the adjacent storage shed together with a wood or gas grill).
The south-facing property is bordered on one side (towards the local connecting road) by trees, on the other side the neighboring meadow extends to the stream (trout) in about 80 m. A hiking trail follows. Pure nature all around!
The landlords live in the neighboring house (about 50 m away), their tips and brochures for excursions as well as suggestions for restaurants were always helpful.
Taking careful handling during the stay into account, the price is extremely reasonable, all consumption costs are included in the price: electricity, water, sewage, garbage, firewood, heating, final cleaning, telephone landline. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels were provided. Of course, we had to take care of our daily needs ourselves.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Das nach Süden ausgerichtete Anwesen ist an einer Seite mit Bäumen (zur Ortsverbindungsstraße) begrenzt, auf der anderen Seite schliesst sich die benachbarte Wiese bis hin zum Bachlauf (Forellen) in etwa 80 m an. Es folgt ein Wanderweg. Rundum Natur pur!

Zahlreiche Restaurants 4 bis 6 km (typisch Erzgebirgisch, Sächsisch, Deutsch, Griechisch, Italienisch, Spanisch)
Cafés mit köstlichen Konditoreiwaren (5 km), Stollenbäckereien sehr zu empfehlen!
Delikatessengeschäfte (5 km) sächsische Weine, geräucherte Fischspezialitäten !
