Description

Enjoy your holidays in our spacious holiday home.
On the ground floor (occupancy up to 4 persons), you will find the living room with dining area and wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The bathroom with walk-in shower also has a washing machine and dryer. A 20 m² terrace invites you to relax. The garden is fenced. (fence height approx. 80 cm high).
The third bedroom (occupancy 5-6 persons) is on the upper floor, in a separate flat.
This is equipped with a double bed, small kitchenette, separate bathroom with shower and a balcony.

The guest card is valid as a ticket for local transport ,bus and train. (Konus card). Minimum stay 7 nights. From 4 nights on request (one-time fee short booking 40 €). We charge 5 € per night/dog for your dog. 2 baskets of wood for the stove are included in the price. Each additional €. Use of the flat for up to 4 people is possible: additional cost 15 .-€ per night.

Cancellation terms:

Cancellation policy: up to 28 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the rental price up to 21 days before the start of the trip: 40% of the rental price up to 11 days before the start of the trip: 60% of the rental price afterwards: 80% of the rental price If a substitute person takes over the booking in the event of a trip cancellation, please inform us in good time. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Vacation with our 2 furry noses

Warm welcome, great holiday apartment. Clean, beautiful, fantastic. Where can you find something like this? 1 pod coffee machine, 1 capsule, 1 regular coffee machine, and a fully automatic coffee machine with matching pads, capsules, whole coffee beans as well as ground coffee. Nothing is missing. Beautiful large garden with old trees. We have been to the holiday apartment so often, we keep coming back.

Pleasant stay!

We spent a wonderful holiday week in Mrs. Braun's holiday home "Haus Wally." We rented the entire property – including the holiday apartment – for our family and our dogs. The hostess was very friendly, and the house was impeccably clean and excellently equipped. We were personally welcomed by the hostess; there were fresh flowers in the house, and some delicious treats had been prepared for us. We especially enjoyed the spacious, quiet garden. It is completely fenced, which was ideal for our dogs.
The house is located in a quiet village that has a small but fine shop with regional products.

The location proved to be an excellent starting point for various hikes through nearby gorges. We could even start the hike to the Rötenbach Gorge directly from the house. Other hiking destinations – such as the Gauchach Gorge (highly recommended), the Wutach Gorge, or the Ravenna Gorge (which is somewhat more touristy) – were quickly and easily accessible by car. The trip to the Triberg Waterfalls required the longest drive; an entrance fee was charged, and although we found the waterfalls beautiful, the area was very crowded with tourists.

We had a wonderful time!

Very beautiful house with all amenities

We five had a fantastic week. Mrs. Braun is an excellent host who always responds politely and quickly. The house was equipped with all comforts and we lacked nothing. All in all, we are very satisfied and would love to come back.

Beautiful house with lots of comfort

The house is located in a quiet village and has a lovely garden (fenced). Ideal for our dogs. There are plenty of play opportunities for children in the garden.
The house is really well equipped and tidy. There is an abundance of items in the kitchen.
The area is quiet but there is plenty to do at reasonable distances. A car is necessary.
Behind the house there are fields where it is possible to walk the dogs.

Very comfortable and cozy house.

The photos exactly reflect how the house is: very comfortable and cozy. We, four adults and two dogs, immediately felt at home. Every little detail has been thought of. We often rent cottages, but we have never had one where so much equipment and kitchenware was available. It was very tidy. The garden is completely fenced, a plus for our dogs. Behind the garden, there is a meadow. It is very quiet both during the day and at night. Within walking distance, you will find a small village shop, a bakery, and a butcher. There are beautiful walks nearby. The owners are very friendly and always reachable if help or more information is needed. They had already brought the Christmas atmosphere into the house. When we arrived, we were welcomed by Mrs. Petra Braun. She immediately gave us a full tour of the house. There were delicious treats waiting for us in the kitchen. Mrs. Braun personally bid farewell to us when we left. A definite recommendation. We will definitely come back.
