Description

Enjoy your holidays in our spacious holiday home.
On the ground floor (occupancy up to 4 persons), you will find the living room with dining area and wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The bathroom with walk-in shower also has a washing machine and dryer. A 20 m² terrace invites you to relax. The garden is fenced. (fence height approx. 80 cm high).
The third bedroom (occupancy 5-6 persons) is on the upper floor, in a separate flat.
This is equipped with a double bed, small kitchenette, separate bathroom with shower and a balcony.

We charge 5 € per night/dog for your dog. 2 baskets of wood for the stove are included in the price. Each additional €. Use of the flat for up to 4 people is possible: additional cost 15 .-€ per night.

Cancellation terms:

Cancellation policy: up to 28 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the rental price up to 21 days before the start of the trip: 40% of the rental price up to 11 days before the start of the trip: 60% of the rental price afterwards: 80% of the rental price If a substitute person takes over the booking in the event of a trip cancellation, please inform us in good time. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Aangenaam verblijf!

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaubswoche in Frau Brauns Ferienhaus „Haus Wally“ verbracht. Wir hatten das gesamte Anwesen – einschließlich der Ferienwohnung – für unsere Familie und unsere Hunde gemietet.
Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, und das Haus war makellos sauber sowie hervorragend ausgestattet.
Wir wurden persönlich von der Gastgeberin begrüßt; im Haus standen frische Blumen, und es waren einige leckere Köstlichkeiten für uns bereitgestellt worden.
Besonders genossen wir den weitläufigen, ruhigen Garten. Er ist komplett eingezäunt, was für unsere Hunde ideal war.
Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Dorf, das über einen kleinen, aber feinen Laden mit regionalen Produkten verfügt.

Die Lage erwies sich als hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für diverse Wanderungen durch nahegelegene Schluchten. Die Wanderung zur Rötenbachschlucht konnten wir sogar direkt vom Haus aus starten. Andere Wanderziele – wie die Gauchachschlucht (sehr empfehlenswert), die Wutachschlucht oder die Ravennaschlucht (die etwas touristischer geprägt ist) – waren mit dem Auto schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Der Ausflug zu den Triberger Wasserfällen erforderte die längste Anfahrt; es wurde Eintritt verlangt, und obwohl wir die Wasserfälle wunderschön fanden, war der Bereich sehr touristisch überlaufen.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit!

Very beautiful house with all amenities

We five had a fantastic week. Mrs. Braun is an excellent host who always responds politely and quickly. The house was equipped with all comforts and we lacked nothing. All in all, we are very satisfied and would love to come back.

Beautiful house with lots of comfort

The house is located in a quiet village and has a lovely garden (fenced). Ideal for our dogs. There are plenty of play opportunities for children in the garden.
The house is really well equipped and tidy. There is an abundance of items in the kitchen.
The area is quiet but there is plenty to do at reasonable distances. A car is necessary.
Behind the house there are fields where it is possible to walk the dogs.

Very comfortable and cozy house.

The photos exactly reflect how the house is: very comfortable and cozy. We, four adults and two dogs, immediately felt at home. Every little detail has been thought of. We often rent cottages, but we have never had one where so much equipment and kitchenware was available. It was very tidy. The garden is completely fenced, a plus for our dogs. Behind the garden, there is a meadow. It is very quiet both during the day and at night. Within walking distance, you will find a small village shop, a bakery, and a butcher. There are beautiful walks nearby. The owners are very friendly and always reachable if help or more information is needed. They had already brought the Christmas atmosphere into the house. When we arrived, we were welcomed by Mrs. Petra Braun. She immediately gave us a full tour of the house. There were delicious treats waiting for us in the kitchen. Mrs. Braun personally bid farewell to us when we left. A definite recommendation. We will definitely come back.
