Description
The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a lively area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its sunny location by the water.
Location
Rogoznica. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed property, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. In the same house there are DAL SIB 351 (6 persons) and DAL SIB 352 (3 persons). Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity of the property. A restaurant is located on the ground floor of the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) in a car park in the town. The car park is located opposite the property, about 10 metres away. It costs about 30 euros per week.

Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with TV, air conditioning, dining area, electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, toaster and electric kettle.
