Holiday home Olpenitz & Strand is a modern and bright holiday home right by the sea. It is a semi-detached house and faces the sunny side and the marina. It has two living floors with floor-to-ceiling windows. On the ground floor, guests enter the bright living area via an open-plan hallway. The large living area has a wood-burning stove, large sofa corner (with sleeping function), a flat-screen TV with DVD and a large natural wood dining table. The terrace is directly adjacent to the living area and offers a marina view. As the terrace is built around a corner, guests can also choose the Baltic Sea view of the open sea if they use the corner area!
Garden furniture, parasol and a barbecue are available to guests in this holiday home.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a Senseo machine in addition to the coffee machine.
A utility room with washing machine and a guest WC are also located on the ground floor.
An open wooden staircase takes holidaymakers to the first floor.
There are two bedrooms for 2 persons each and a large shower room with sauna.
The bedroom with double bed and additional TV also has a large balcony, also with a marina view.
The balcony is also accessible from the bathroom.
The balcony is also furnished with a bistro table, chairs and sun loungers.
The shower in the bathroom is flush with the floor.
The sauna also offers a view of the marina.
As this house faces the marina and not the open sea,
it offers plenty of sun and is more sheltered from the wind.
Here too, guests have a great view of the sailors and boats sailing into the resort's marina!

Here is the translation to English: You can find our cancellation conditions on our website under the General Terms and Conditions. The following cancellation fees apply: Up to 60 days before arrival: 30% of the total rent From 59 days before arrival: 60% of the total rent From 21 days before arrival: 90% of the total rent From 10 days before arrival: 100% of the total rent For bookings made at short notice where arrival is already in 21 days, a cancellation will be charged at 90% of the total rent, and from 10 days before arrival at 100% of the total rent. If no written cancellation is received, 100% of the total rental amount will be charged, even if the rented holiday property is not occupied. Of course, you always have the option to provide proof that the damage incurred by us is less or did not occur at all. The booking fee of €19.90 will not be refunded. The landlord is obliged in good faith to try to rent out the unused holiday property to someone else in order to avoid losses.
