We are located 19 km from Templin , where steamboat trips are offered. Many small popular restaurants are on site.
The Templiner Therme is a popular destination
The western town "Eldorado" is about 5km from Templin. Very popular for young and old!
Biotzenburg Castle with its sights is also close by. You can explore a lot by bike, but hiking is also fun
There is also a horse riding farm nearby, which can be reached quickly by bike. And much more

Relaxed vacation
We had a beautiful and relaxing vacation! We felt right at home in the bungalow, and we lacked nothing! There was even a coffee grinder, which allowed us to grind our coffee fresh! We were very pleased with the welcome gift from the extremely friendly landlords! They supported us with advice and assistance and gave us tips for the area! A special highlight was the private access to the lake, which we used very often for swimming! Unfortunately, the vacation was over too quickly; we would have liked to take a rowing tour with the rental boat. We will come back, because we have not yet been able to discover everything!

Quiet vacation in the Boizenburger Land
The bungalow in Warthe, located in the picturesque Boizenburger Land, offers a sufficiently spacious and purposefully equipped accommodation for a short vacation. The landlords are friendly and accommodating, and the property is generously laid out. It features a terrace and a barbecue area with a view of the upper bungalow, with the entire property gently sloping down towards the lake - a pleasant and quiet location. The landlord's bungalow is also located on the property, but at a sufficient distance from the rented accommodation. Everything needed for a one-week stay is available. However, some deficiencies tarnish the overall picture. Upon arrival in the last week of June 2025, a strong, unpleasant smell in the bungalow reminiscent of cat urine was noticeable. This penetrating stench only dissipated after three days of intense airing, which affected the start of the vacation. Additionally, the gas instantaneous water heater was defective, which led to unpleasant temperature fluctuations while showering and washing - initially cold, then suddenly very hot water. The landlord confirmed that a repair was necessary, but we opted not to have an immediate repair during our stay, as we could continue to use the device in "emergency mode." Another disruptive factor was the beds in the bedroom: they creaked and cracked with every movement so loudly that the night's rest was significantly disturbed. As a small note, we would like to add that in the age of online technology, a permanent Wi-Fi reception should also be made available to guests, as actually described (Wi-Fi equipment). There was no Wi-Fi reception possible on the terrace located on the southern side. Conclusion
In summary, the bungalow offers a good location and basic amenities for a short vacation; however, the initial smell, the defective water heater, and the creaky beds diminish the overall impression.

Wir möchten uns bedanken für Ihre so ausführlichen Kommentare. Es wird jedes Jahr eine Wartung der Heizung durchgeführt. Es tut uns leid, das sie durch eine kleinen Defekt
was vorkommen kann, Unannehmlichkeiten hatten.
Desweiteren wurde uns bisher von anderen Gästen in keinster Weise etwas von unangenehmen Gerüchen berichtet. Wir haben keine Katzen im Haus und Tiere wurden bisher untersagt, da einige Mieter auch Tierallergien haben. Wir sind stehts bemüht unseren Gästen ein angenehmes Ambiente zu schaffen und den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Was nicht erwähnt wurde und auch nicht selbstverständlich ist. All unsere Gäste werden immer mit einem kleinem Willkommensgruß und persönlicher Begrüßung, sowie bei Ankunft durch das Haus geführt,was nicht überall verständlich ist. Sie sollen sich auch immer für einen längeren Aufenthalt geborgen fühlen.
Wir sind bestrebt , stehts sämtliche Mängel zu beheben und freuen uns das viele Gäste uns immer wieder aufsuchen.

Absolutely recommendable
Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The bungalow is lovingly and comfortably furnished with everything you need. The mattresses looked brand new and were super comfortable. A special goody is that you can enjoy cosmetics, manicure, pedicure and/or massage on site by arrangement. I tried it out: it was very good! If you like nature, peace, relaxation, etc., you are in very good hands there. Many thanks to our hosts at this point! We had a very nice holiday with you!
