Description
The Modern XXL Villa is equipped to meet all the needs of a modern guest, combining a comfortable exterior with comfort and convenience. All furniture is new and high quality. It consists of 2 independent holiday houses with a large outdoor pool and a huge free parking space for 6 cars.
Each house has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a kitchen, a living room with a TV and a satellite, a balcony and a terrace, and there is a reading room with more than 300 titles in several languages, as well as children's books and picture books.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, espresso machine / filter appliance, electric water machine, refrigerator, freezer ... The bathroom has a washing machine and hair dryer, as well as toiletries and detergents. The bedrooms have the largest double beds (180x200), and each house has one room with 2 single beds (90X200). In all rooms you will have more pillows and blankets as well as additional linens. On each bed you will be welcomed with 3 towels of various sizes, as well as another large one that will be on the deck chairs next to the pool. There will be 18 sun loungers available. The outdoor pool is illuminated so you can enjoy it at night. In the immediate vicinity of the swimming pool there is a swing and trampoline for children, as well as a small gym with several fitness equipment and several bicycles for various ages, together with protective equipment. Everything is free. In the immediate vicinity there is the largest possible grill as well as 2 huge massive oak tables with associated benches where everyone can stay together. Near the villa there is a football field for children, as well as side roads that are designed for cycling because they are not busy and all through pristine nature.
Both houses have balconies and terraces overlooking the mountains. There you can drink tea or coffee in the morning while you wait for the bread to be delivered about 9 o'clock in front of the house. It's an old local habit.
In case of bad weather in the house you will find social games and DVD players. Wireless internet is free and the whole house is well covered with signal.
The house has a large garden where, besides greenery and flowers, there are fruit trees, such as cherry, cherry, grapes and figs. If they are mature for picking during your stay, you can freely use them. Also, if you find yourself in honey, we will be happy to let you experience it if you are interested.
Children are more than welcome and if you come with a small baby, ask for a baby crib and a plastic bath beforehand, and if you want more kids toys.

It is a great pleasure to welcome you to Modern XXL Villa. Here you will find a true oasis of peace and beauty. Forests, rivers, lakes, mountains and the sea - as a fairy tale scene that will allow you to escape from the heat of a city asphalt.
Gornji Vukušić, Katuni belong to Dalmatia - a region rich in cultural and historical heritage. Geographically, only 4 km from the road, 27 km from the town of Makarska, 30 km from the town of Imotski, 50 km from Split, 160 km from Dubrovnik, 90 km from Medjugorje (BiH).
We are a quiet and quiet village, ideal for outdoor activities. In addition to trekking, you can ride a bike. You can explore the National Park Biokovo, which is only 8 km away. There are zippers and rafting on the Cetina River - just 5 km away. If you want to swim, the most beautiful beach of Brela is only 13 km away, but there are many other beaches along the whole coastline waiting for you to discover them. Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.
Half of the amount is paid upon reservation and will be refunded in full if cancelled up to 30 days before arrival. The remaining amount is paid on the day of arrival or by arrangement.

Only 2 km away from the villa there are supermarkets, restaurant, pharmacy, bank, first aid ... all you need.
If you stay longer than 7 days, we will change your bedding and towels if you wish. Also, we can arrange and house cleaning at an extra cost.
Smoking in the villa is strictly forbidden, while outside the villa is allowed. Although we are big animal lovers, we do not allow animals to stay in the Villa.
On the day of departure the keys should be returned to the agreed place. Please let us know in advance the exact departure time that must not be from 10 am.
Kindly please treat the inventory as per your own, and in case of rain you put the pillows on the terrace and in case of strong wind, close the tendon.
All the emergency numbers in the house will be waiting for you.
The hosts will be at your disposal with all the information and will be happy to answer all your questions, which you can ask freely before and after your arrival.
If you have any serious health problems, such as hemodialysis, make sure that you must book it in Croatia 3 months before arrival. Anyway, we're always there for you!

Mega holiday !!!
We were 4 families and all had a fantastic holiday at Marina. Marina welcomed us very warmly. She gave us gifts and lovingly decorated the houses so that we felt at home with her right away. She was always there for us during our stay, no matter what questions we had. The equipment of the complex is top (inside and outside).

Wunderschöne Villa

Very nice family vacation
It is a very well-maintained, nice-looking two-family house, in the middle of nature!
We were welcomed very friendly by Mrs. Vucusic, and the entire stay went really smoothly! The equipment is also good!
If you want to go to the beach, you should expect about 30 minutes by car. But that wasn't a problem for us!
We had a wonderful holiday and would love to come back!
