Description
The house was built in 2008. On the ground floor you will find a very large rustic furnished living room with TV (German TV channel is receivable). There is also a new fitted kitchen and a bright bathroom with shower on this floor. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. In each of the rooms there is a single bed.
Optimal occupancy is a family with up to three children or two couples + one child

The property is fenced to shore. The lake can be reached via the private banks or small private jetty. The house is about 400m from the center of the village Siemiany. It has no disturbing neighbors. The house has all the conditions to enjoy a pleasant and relaxing holiday in Poland. Please bring linens and towels.

Beautifully located holiday accommodation
We were very impressed by the great location right by the lake. Very friendly contact with the owner, the accommodation was cozy and had everything for a nice time with the family. We would come back again.

Great family holiday
We had a lovely week in Siemiany. Very beautiful area and not yet so crowded. Only praise for the Kosak family. They were very helpful.
Will definitely come back again.

a holiday home for those seeking peace and quiet
The FH is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. In the village (1km) you can find everything you need for your daily needs, even on Sundays. Except for the steep stairs down to the lake, we can recommend the FH. A rowing boat was still missing to top it off.

Nice house by the lake.
The reality lives up to what the pictures promise. A very beautifully situated house in the forest with a great view of the lake. The place is easily accessible by bike, and you can get everything you need there. Nice and quiet. Mr. Kozak, the administrator, is very attentive and is there if there are any problems.
