The detached holiday home, renovated in 2006, is functionally and typically furnished in the local style. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property into the valley and its quiet, sunny, and secluded hillside location at the edge of the forest. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, garden swing, and campfire site.

Cortona, district Farinaio, 350 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 3000 sqm enclosed garden and woodland plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone, length 100 m). Parking (for 5 cars) in carport and on the property.

Very nice owners, very nice location, right price value for money. Clean but the sofa in the living room should be change and also armchair. Swimingpool big enough, clean water, garden with nice view. In recomnded that place.
