The two-storey holiday terraced house (non-smoking) is approx. 65 sqm in size and has three rooms. It is located in Wohldweg, a quiet side street of St. Peter-Ording in the district of Böhl, far from the hustle and bustle of tourism and very close to the Westküstenpark.
Shopping facilities are within easy reach. The kilometre-long sandy beach is a short walk of about 15 minutes.
It is a lovingly furnished house for 4 persons with a small fenced garden and beautiful wooden terrace with beach chair.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and the shower-bathroom, on the ground floor the spacious living room with dining area, the kitchen and the guest toilet.

| The days in the week before and after Easter and Christmas/New Year cost Euro 99,00. After your departure, we will have the house cleaned at your expense (€ 80). You can also do the cleaning yourself if you wish, but we ask for your understanding that it will be checked by us and, if necessary, rectified at a charge. Bed linen/towels are included in the rental prices. From October 2022, we will charge a daily flat-rate energy fee of € 10. Every guest in St. Peter-Ording is subject to health resort tax. |
Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.
For cancellations up to 4 weeks before your stay, we will only keep the deposit. For cancellations up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, you must pay 50% of the rental price. For later cancellations, the cancellation costs amount to 80% of the rental price, unless we can rent the house to someone else at short notice. In that case, you will receive a refund of the travel price minus the deposit.

Top accommodation in St.Peter Böhl
Good day to you all,
I can only highly recommend this accommodation to everyone.
There were two of us there and we felt very comfortable with everything.
We had a great time exploring the nearby and more distant surroundings and enjoying the tranquillity of the beach!

Spitz.
Very nice and well-maintained house, it has everything you need, not far from the beach and very quiet location. We felt very comfortable there and will gladly come back, it's just great, thank you very much :-)

Ferienhaus Tante-Ingrids-hus
We felt very comfortable, the apartment is really great. The only negative was that the slatted frames of the beds were not adjustable. We will definitely go there again.
