Description

The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house and is modernly furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the forest. Available for exclusive use are: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Banjol. The holiday apartment is located on a 100 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

Bedroom (9 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Bedroom (9 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 cot and access to the balcony. Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed on sleeping facility. Kitchenette in the living room (6 sqm) with TV, electric cooker (induction hob), oven, extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. 2 bathrooms each (3 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom (6 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
