The detached holiday home, built in 1850 and renovated in 2006, is furnished in a rustic and functional manner. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the lake and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, barbecue facility, terrace and garden furniture.

Madonna Del Sasso. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.
