Do you love the colour blue? Then you are in the right place in our original Danish holiday home, because the colour of the sea and the sky dominates both outside and inside.
House Gudhjem offers 90 square metres of space for 4 people in the living room with open dining area and reading corner with a small library. The living room opens into a winter garden.
The two bedrooms have comfortable double beds. The fitted kitchen has all desirable appliances for self-catering.
In the bathroom you will find a modern whirlpool next to a shower, WC and sauna. WLAN is available free of charge.
A modern cross trainer is available for your fitness.
In the garden there is a sandpit for children; barbecue, garden furniture and parasol are available. There is a private car park nearby.

You will find Haus Gudhjem within a holiday home area within walking distance of the dyke and the green beach. Here you can enjoy a holiday at the northernmost point of Lower Saxony - the North Sea resort of Otterndorf is located at the mouth of the Elbe and thus on the one hand on the North Sea (low tide!) and on the other hand on one of the busiest shipping lanes in the world
Take advantage of the comfort of our house and visit the many facilities of the holiday complex (play barn, skate park, surfing, rowing, fishing, miniature golf, football golf)....And for excursions to nearby Cuxhaven or Bremerhaven to enjoy maritime atmosphere should also still have time

We had a very nice time!
Booked last minute and without any issues in a friendly manner.
Warm welcome upon arrival.
We felt immediately at home in the lovingly designed, maritime decor.
The furnishings and cleanliness of the house left us wanting for nothing.
The house is located in a well-maintained complex, with a short distance to the lake and the North Sea (Elbe).
We were so enthusiastic that we booked again for the fall. We look forward to being guests there again and can only recommend the holiday home.

Beautiful holiday with dog.
The house is super beautiful and very well equipped, nothing is missing! The surroundings are perfect for a holiday with a dog. We felt very comfortable.

Beautiful family holiday
The house was very well maintained and clean.
The landlords are very nice and accommodating. Even on rainy days, the ceiling does not fall on your head. Thanks to the "small wellness oasis" sauna, whirlpool and the family games or for the bookworms the book collection
The location is great, 5 min walk and you are at the dyke.
Or you can get to Otterndorf by bike in no time. The area itself is very inviting for a walk.

A loving homely holiday home
Three of us and our dog stayed in Otterndorf for a short weekend. The handover of the keys was personal and flexible. In the house you are immediately on holiday, it is lovingly furnished, everyone immediately finds their favourite and retreat. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, everything is really available. The whirlpool and sauna are inviting.
We will gladly come again.

Liebevoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung
We were only there for a short weekend, but we liked it so much that we will definitely come back! In addition to the loving and cozy furnishings, we are especially convinced by their completeness. There was enough dishes to be able to use the dishwasher. In addition, sufficient cooking utensils, sharp knives, and bottle openers, we didn't miss anything. The apartment is just as beautiful as it looks in the photos; the reading corner and the winter garden provide space for individual holiday activities. The friendly welcome from the landlords and the flexible key handover immediately created a holiday mood. Also, great service when we left something in the apartment.

Therefore, the handing over of the keys is not an anonymous pick-up in a rental office, but a very personal moment of getting to know each other.
