High-quality furnished holiday flat in a pretty Frisian house with a well-kept garden in Kappeln's best residential area. The ****Sterne flat (DTV certified) offers a small feel-good world on 46 sqm, which invites you to relax. The cosy living room is equipped with a modern kitchen and a dining area. The living room offers a cosy rattan couch set, flat-screen TV, CD music system and DVD player. The kitchen has many amenities, such as a microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher

Two separate bedrooms are available - one with a double bed (180x200), wardrobe & dressing chair, the other with a pull-out sofa bed, a reading corner with a large selection of books & games and a desk.
The small bathroom offers shower, WC and hairdryer

Our guests have their own parking space at the house and their own terrace in the garden with barbecue. Bicycles or sports equipment can be stored in the lockable garage.
The overnight price includes a welcome champagne, 1 glass of jam and a linen set per person

A baby kit can be provided on request

The apartment is located in a Frisian house with the address An der Kirsebek 49, 24376 Kappeln.
In the lower part of the house there is another holiday flat Kirsebek 2 (66sqm, 2 pers.)

If both properties are available, the entire house can also be rented for larger families or couples travelling together.

In Kappeln's best residential area, in a traffic-calmed district ,5 km to the centre of Kappeln and to the shore of the Schlei, 300 m to the restaurant, 200 m to the bakery, 2km to the forests Hüholz or Wassermühlenholz, 3 km to the Schleistrand, 7 km to the Weidefelder Ostseestrand, 12 km to the railway station Süderbrarup Kappeln, the small harbour town at the Schlei, attracts many visitors. But there are also many rarities to discover and look at in the many small alleys. Kappeln is also known as "Deekelsen" from the TV series "The Country Doctor".

Kappeln (Danish: Kappel) is a town in the district of Schleswig-Flensburg in Schleswig-Holstein (Germany). The town on the Schlei is a fishing town and was a garrison town (Olpenitz) until June 2006. Kappeln has a central function for eastern Angeln and northern Schwansen. In addition to a small harbour, Kappeln has several moorings for pleasure boats. Places of interest in Kappeln

Recreation and fun on holiday for the whole family

The Schlei stretches 42 km from Schleimünde at Lotseninsel, Olpenitz - south and Maasholm - north, via Kappeln and Arnis to the town of Schleswig, where you will find a small island, Möweninsel. The Schlei separates the districts of Angeln and Schwansen and has an average width of 1.3 km and an average depth of 3 metres. There are many natural bays along the Schlei. The widest part of the Schlei is between Missunde and Schleswig, where the Große Breite and Kleine Breite are located. Both are good places for sailing, rowing and fishing. The Schlei contains brackish water, whose salinity decreases from Schleimünde to Schleswig. To the left and right, lake-like extensions, so-called Noore, have formed, which are connected to the Schlei. The Schlei is a popular sailing area, the partly touristy Schlei region is an important local recreation area for the nearby state capital Kiel - and of course for the major city south of Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg

All around just nice and beautiful

Small but nice! It offers everything one could wish for, is warmly and modernly furnished and is very conveniently located. Everything is within walking distance and the neighborhood is super friendly. The perfect place to unwind from everyday stress! The delicious jam and the lovely little bedtime stories that awaited us were the cherry on top.

recommend for: seniors, holiday without car, cultural and sightseeing holiday, holiday for singles, romantic holiday

Successful short trip.

For 4 days, we traveled to Kappeln to a very nice apartment, Kirsebek. We were greeted by a staff member who gave us valuable tips for Kappeln and the surrounding area. We enjoyed the days in an apartment that invites relaxation. With a separate room that can be used for sleeping, working, or reading, there is also the opportunity to find some peace. In the kitchen, you will find all the kitchen appliances needed for cooking, so you don't have to bring any from home. You can find groceries in numerous supermarkets, and you can also stroll around the city center.

Mother-Daughter-Vacation

My daughter and I were very impressed by the holiday apartment at Kirsebek. The friendly, modern, and well-maintained furnishings, as well as the nice attentions of the hosts upon arrival, pleased us very much. Everyone has their own room, and the location in the beautiful residential area is very quiet. The garden for lounging in the sun and the short walk to the city center are definitely a plus. Otherwise, you can cycle wonderfully in the surroundings of Kappeln and the beach is not far either. Thank you for a completely carefree holiday!

Beautiful apartment, perfectly located

This charming holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of a very well-maintained Frisian house in a traffic-calmed residential area in Kappeln. The houses around are permanently inhabited, so there is no holiday home ghetto atmosphere. The apartment is small, but perfect for 2 people who prefer to sleep separately. All the comforts of home including a dishwasher and WiFi are available, and a cozy terrace in the garden is inviting. The distances are short, it takes a 12-minute walk to reach the center, yet it is wonderfully peaceful. The landlords are incredibly dedicated to making everything perfect and ensuring that the guest feels completely comfortable without being intrusive.

Absolutely recommended!

When opening the door, one immediately thought: I could move in here. Everything from the furnishings to the location of the accommodation fit wonderfully. Additionally, the bathroom was very nice and bright. The overall package was just right!

Our vacation

The holiday apartment is very cozy and modernly furnished. Everything is available, the kitchen is very well equipped. We felt at home here. And the welcome gift, simply great. The house is very quiet and there is a wonderful playground for children right next door. Beautifully equipped bike paths to Damp, Olpenitz, Gelting, etc. Very friendly customer contact. The center of Kappeln with shopping opportunities and boat trips is quickly reachable on foot. Parking for cars and storage options for bicycles are free. The slanted walls in the apartment are less suitable for older people.
