Description of Villa Sylvia in Cavalaire-sur-Mer, France
3-5 bedrooms for 2-10 people
There is space for a large family or holiday with friends. The villa is situated in a quiet location on a 1500 m² large private grounds with lots of greenery and mature trees. From the covered terrace you can enjoy a fantastic sea view. The 4 x 8 m large heated pool is available for private use from mid-April to late October. In the house are located on two floors 165 sqm. The villa with a lot of southern French flair is fully and newly furnished and was extensively renovated in 2014/15.
In the larger upper floor there are three bedrooms (each with a double bed), a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower, a bathroom and toilet. On the bottom floor again are 2 double bedrooms, a living room with fully equipped kitchenette and shower / WC.

Live like God in ??
The arrival at this enchanting place was immediately the first highlight. The description matches the image that was presented to us. The house is stunningly situated and offers a charming view of the famous blue sea. What more could one want? “Sea,” in reference to a saying that is placed in the house. Everything is as agreed, clean, very well equipped, and extraordinarily quiet. Different beaches are also easily accessible by bike. Furthermore, there are perfect shopping opportunities (bakeries, supermarkets) within striking distance. In addition, there are numerous excursion destinations, both by water and land, that must be experienced and enjoyed. Cultural and local experiences are also plentiful (music, festivals, markets, many great shops, nature, and cultural sites). We will definitely come back to indulge in life like God in France.

Great week in a very nice house
We were here for a week at the beginning of October, with 3 children and my parents. The contact with the landlord Mr Lohrenz was very friendly and uncomplicated
The view from both terraces is a dream! We enjoyed our time here very much and also with regard to the equipment we didn't miss anything
The place is very quiet and undisturbed, but you can still reach the centre of the village in 10 minutes by car. There are also very nice beaches nearby.
We will gladly come back.

Great house with a magnificent view!!!
The contact with the landlord Mr Lohrenz was always uncomplicated and very nice.
We spent a wonderful two weeks with two families (6 adults, 3 children and a dog). The house is super equipped. There is everything your heart desires
The view from both terraces is indescribable!!! The pool was a hit with everyone. It is cleaned regularly by a very nice gentleman.
The beds are very comfortable. The way to the beach takes about 45 minutes by foot and is partly very steep. But everything is very easy to reach by car.
We will be very happy to come back.

Beautiful house
We really enjoyed our 2 weeks with six people (4 adults, 2 children) at Villa Sylvia. The separate flat in the lower part of the house was perfect for my parents, we had plenty of space with the children in the upper part. From the large terrace with a large dining table, you can enjoy the beautiful sea view all day in the shade or laze under the fig tree on the further terrace. The property and house are well maintained and very well equipped and the beds are very good. The contact with Mr Lohrenz was very nice. We will be very happy to come back

Fantastic accommodation with great sea view
We rented the upper flat in May/June for 2 weeks with 2 people plus a dog
The villa is wonderfully situated and has a great view of the sea from the terrace.
The pool was at a pleasant temperature for the first few days thanks to the pool heating.
There is nothing missing in the house. All necessary kitchen and barbecue utensils were available
We were on the road a lot with E-MTB bikes.
There are routes and trails for all levels of difficulty, as well as a very well-developed network of cycle paths along the coast. Only a few sections had to be ridden on the road.
For lazing around, we mainly visited the beach "Plage de Pardigon". It was not too crowded and you could also take your dog there during the day. Early in the morning there are plenty of doggy friends and the dogs can romp around very well.
Cavailaire-sur-mer is a cosy little harbour town which is perfect as a base for day trips into the surrounding area and invites you to relax with a delicious cocktail on the harbour promenade.
We are happy to recommend this great villa to others and will certainly come back again.
