The holiday flat is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2008, and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a lively area, in a residential district, in the town centre. The residence is popular also due to its sunny location.

Opatija. The landlord lives in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house. Hotel parking spaces in front of the house for a fee (25 EUR per day payable on site).

Kitchen with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub with shower attachment, washing machine, 1 washbasin and WC.
House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted in the property.
Please observe quiet hours, especially from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
