The holiday apartment is located in a single-family house or apartment building constructed in 1985 and is functionally furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and the quiet location. Available for use are: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Lovran, district Oprić. The holiday apartment is located on a garden plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating (wood/coal). Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. TV reception via satellite.

Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (150 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and access to the balcony. Bathroom with bathtub, toilet, bidet, and window. Separate toilet with washing machine, toilet, and window.
